Gorgeous location in a secluded area. Best suited to Senior tour groups. expect a 100 euro ride one way to reach the facility. Those with mobility problems or disabilities should choose more locally situated accommodations. As a person with such issues, I fell up the entrance stairs and was met with placation and little concern, and challenge regarding my status. needless to say I left early. after a few days on the phone I was refunded the unused nights. A nasty situation that could have been avoided day one.

It is a wonderful hotel we have returned to twice after thirty years. The new management is implecable, the attention is warm and caring and it has been a wonderful experience

This is a wonderful hotel set back from the very busy beach front in a beautiful garden setting centered around a lovely pool. The staff are all incredible. Friendly and professional. We were offered a lovely upgrade which was fabulous. If I am to comment on one negative it’s that hotel guests do not respect the sign to “shower” before dipping into the pool! Showers are provided but clearly ignored and management should find a way to get the message through. Food is delicious, garden is spectacular and our suite was large and beautifully furnished. Will definitly return.

A lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We have now visited 8 times so that speaks for itself. The village is small and safe. This time we ate at the hotel which is excellent but there are lovely restaurants close by too. The bus stops outside the hotel so it’s easy to visit nearby pollenca or port de Pollenca. We will be back soon!

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Spain. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and the service was excellent.The grounds were beautiful and room was spacious and clean. Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Quiet location but close to the beaches. Just beside a bus stop for travel to Pollensa etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food at breakfast and supper - we paid for halfboard which was good value.

This is a lovely hotel. Quiet and beautifully clean. They offer good dining options but equally happy to book reservations elsewhere. The buses go from right outside to pollenca and port pollenca so there’s lots of choice about what to do for shopping and eating out etc. this is my 5th stay and I look forward. To returning soon!

Lovely warm welcome from Sue and her staff. We felt thoroughly looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast was very nice and best pain aux chocolate I’ve had in years. Would recommend

Wonderful hotel in a picturesque resort. Staff were super friendly and it has the feel of a family run hotel. The breakfast was excellent around the neat gardens around the pool area. Certainly recommend

This hotel deserves all the 5 star reviews it gets. All the staff are both friendly and efficient, our (Superior Double) room was very spacious, comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool, pool area was excellent with towels and beds aplenty, lunchtime food was excellent(we didn't dine in the evening), great house wine, location only a few minutes walk from all 3 beaches. Highly recommended.
The only thing we could think of that we didn't really like was the paint colour of the outside of the hotel !!

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. It is close to the beach and the pool is lovely. The concierges are so welcoming and nice.

Really lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood with a staff who could not have been better- they all tried to do as much as they could for you and their care and attention really showed. We would definitely go back again and probably stay for longer. This time we were going to a wedding so 5 nights was perfect.
The bedrooms are nice and large with pleasant bathrooms. The bedrooms overlooking the pool seem to be the nicest. Really cool reception area with good art on display and a well stocked bar with great food. Breakfast and lunch by the pool were really good. Sadly we did not have time try dining in the evening there, but next time we will. A thoroughly nice place to stay where the care and attention really shows from every team member on the staff - right from check in to departure.

Small but perfectly formed hotel, setting bedrooms, food bar and most of all staff all first class, can't recommend highly enough.
