"Please note that the swimming pool is open from the end of June to half of September from 9:00 until 19:00 daily.

Our swimming pool is also open to the public, but for Bellavista guests there is a reserved area with sunbeds and umbrellas, subject to availability.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 5 per pet, per night applies.

Check-in time: From 15:00 PM to 20:00 PM, after this time a supplement of €30 will be applied. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception, leave your car and go to Assisi for a visit or have lunch at our restaurant while you wait.

Check-out time: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, late check-out (on request) €50 supplement.

Struttura molto bella, accogliente e con molto spazio esterno. Ben curata, ben tenuta e soprattutto il personale era molto cordiale.
Pulizia ottima, colazione abbondante.
Darei maggiore attenzione all’aria condizionata che nel nostro caso risultava fuori uso , ma probabilmente sarà stato un caso e credo che risolvano al più presto.

Posto perfetto per visitare Assisi, stanza per 4 minimal ma c'è tutto.
Ristorante ottimo e lo staff veramente sul pezzo e cortese.

Cons:

Vero è che ho prenotato all'ultimo, quindi ho avuto una stanza con una unica finestra che era un lucernario, che si poteva aprire ma di notte con la tapparella abbassata no, quindi si poteva usare il condizionatore che per me non è il massimo ma questo è soggettivo.

Ottimo albergo. Pulito, e personale gentile. Ottima posizione. L'autobus ferma al cancello per salire ad Assisi. Ampio parcheggio interno. Si può pranzare e cenare, anche se la pizza lasciala un po' a desiderare

Posizione eccezionale!!! Vicina alla Stazione ferroviaria e ben servita dagli autobus di città. Luogo silenzioso e curato.
Personale della reception gentilissimo e disponibile. Servizio colazione abbondante, variegato e veloce.
