A very well located hotel in the centre of Gdansk.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, ideal for walking, eating out and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Very little tea/coffee in the room, soap in the bathroom would have been handy.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Very central. Easy to access local areas of interest. Own restaurant on site for meals.
Staff always available. Luggage room so we didn’t have to traipse our case around on the last day.

Cons:

Was a little noisy with the bells, but they did stop around midnight. I had no trouble sleeping.

Great location but poor services
Pros:

The location was excellent. I appreciated having a working elevator.

Cons:

For the majority of my stay I did not have wifi. I reported it to reception but they couldn’t seem to get it working. The water was just lukewarm so don’t expect a hot shower. One day there was just cold water. The breakfast was mediocre and not worth the price.

Would not stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was served in the Kashubian restaurant downstairs. The food was excellent! They served different choices each morning. The decor was beautiful and seats very comfortable. I appreciated the reception of the hotel to be willing to change my room after one sleepless night due to location, people partying in the streets until 2:00 am, old windows allowing noise to seep in.

Cons:

They need to install sound proof windows to eliminate the street noise and the cathedral bells. The location would be wonderful but because of the noise challenging to sleep at night. They replenish towels and soap every other day but my experience was to find there was no soap in the dispenser while already in the shower. Even though they supply bottled water I had to constantly ask to get one. If you are wanting to explore the Old Town and have a peaceful night get accommodations nearby but not in the Old Town.
