Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments.

Cleaning is provided every 2 days. Daily cleaning is available at an extra fee. Please contact the hotel directly for prices and availability.

Please note that the check-in time is after 4pm, at Editory By The Sea Troia Hotel (GPS coordinates: 38º 29' 26 N, 8º 54' 02 W).

All reservations except nonrefundable must be paid at check-in.

Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted.

The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Ok, ausser dass Gästebett für eine Erwachsene Person unhaltbar…… für ein Kind ok

Cons:

Ein checken katastrophal 1 Stunde gewartet, Chaos mit Auto sehr schlecht ausgeschildert.
Beschreibung des Ortes besser beschrieben wie die Realität, würde niemals wieder kommen.

Bella struttura mi sarei aspettato di più dallo staff
Pros:

Appartamento grande e spazioso con buon servizi e una vista mozzafiato.

Cons:

L'appartamento è a 5 minuti dal albergo dove ho effettuato il check in mi è stata data una mappa dalla receptionista senza essere stato accompagnato oppure essere mi stato indicato con precisione dove fosse l'alloggio in una giornata di sole forte mi ci è voluto 20 minuti prima di trovare l'alloggio

Beautiful property, great location, lovely beaches and options
Pros:

The apartments are very spacious and well appointed eve the ones that face the parking lot are nice but of course the sea view ones are best. The walkway is very long out to the water so don’t expect to be on the beach right away.
I experienced a water leak in my first unit (there was a large storm and heavy rainfall in the previous couple of days) the staff was very good about moving me and I enjoyed the room, view and the quiet so much I stayed an additional couple of days. There is not much open in off season (which I expected) 1 or 2 restaurants, the grocery and the ferry.

Cons:

It’s a bit tough to find at first, but once you figure out the loop road and your turn it is very easy to get around. The grocery was quite expensive and I was glad I had read another review about that so I took most of my grocery and such with me and only went there for the odd thing here and there.
It would be nice to get some basics for the units, no dishwasher or washer soap and the grocery only had large and very expensive options. No basics like sugar, coffee, tea, etc.

Cons:

Estacionamento do apartamento quase impossível de estacionar.
Ouvi-a se o motor do exaustor e do AC dos vizinhos a funcionarem. De noite foi horrível para adormecer. E acordámos várias vezes durante a noite. Para não falar do cheiro dos fritos k vinha do exaustor.
É a primeira vez em tantas estadias nas Resindence k isto acontece…
Lamentável pork precisavamos mesmo descansar e não conseguimos…

Wir werden trotz aller Kritik wiederkommen!
Pros:

Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal in der Nachsaison (Sept./Okt.) dort, weil wir die leeren, wunderschönen Strände auf Tróia und die unkomplizierte Anreise aus Lisboa sehr mögen. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig und der Weg zum Strand ist kurz.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir sehr viele Ameisen in der Küche und im Wohnraum.
Bei der Anreise wurde uns gesagt, dass der Fitness-Raum geschlossen sei. Kurz vor unserer Abreise bemerkten wir zufällig, dass er doch geöffnet war.
Sehr schade ist, dass man Ende September keine Fahrräder mehr ausleihen kann, weil die Verleiher extern sind. Es wäre sehr zu empfehlen, dass das EDITORY eigene Fahrräder anschafft, die man ganzjährig mieten kann.
Der einzige Supermarkt, den es vor Ort gibt, nutzt seine „Monopolstellung“ schamlos aus und verlangt unverschämt hohe Preise, die weit entfernt sind vom Preisniveau, das CONTINENTE sonst anbietet. Unsere Empfehlung: vor der Anreise anderswo oder in Setúbal einkaufen.
Von 10 Tagen Aufenthalt war der Infinity-Pool an den APARTAMENTOS PRAIA leider 5 Tage gesperrt. Selbst die Rezeption war darüber nicht informiert.
