Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments.

Please note that until May, check-in takes place at the reception of The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

From May onwards, check-in will be at the Troia Welcome Center (Alameda do Salgueiro, 7570-789).

After 10pm, you will need to go to The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in. Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.

Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted. The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay.

Serviço decepcionante!
Cons:

O colaborador do check-in não sabia dar indicações objetivas e práticas sobre o parque de estacionamento nem do lugar de estacionamento. Quando chegamos ao apartamento, entramos com o código e tivemos de ligar para a recepção para nos ser informado do piso, pois nem isso nos indicaram.
Apesar do baixo movimento e devido à impossibilidade de utilização da piscina exterior dos apartamentos, os colaboradores da recepção mostraram-se inflexíveis e sem possibilidade de abrir excepção para utilização de outras comodidades no hotel.

Las Almohadas horribles,la shormigas en el apartamento,no se puede abrir las ventanas desde las 7 pues un montón de mosquitos.
La piscina exterior No se podía utilizar,con 28 grados en pmena Semana Santa pagando bastante caro y sin piscina.
Antes se podían utilizar las del hotel central ,incluyendo ña climatizada y años atrás tenían miniclub también en las instalacióes dwl hotel.
Ha ido a peor ,para ir con niños en Semana Santa poco que hacer y ningún entretenimiento.
