Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments.

Cleaning is provided every 2 days. Daily cleaning is available at an extra fee. Please contact the hotel directly for prices and availability.

Please note that the check-in time is after 4pm, at Editory By The Sea Troia Hotel (GPS coordinates: 38º 29' 26 N, 8º 54' 02 W).

All reservations except nonrefundable must be paid at check-in.

Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted.

The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserves the right to ask for an alternative method of payment. Pros:

É impossível realçar pontos fortes do apartamento quando tive que me vir embora porque não tinha água quente para tomar banho e os funcionários não resolveram o problema. O mínimo que deveriam fazer era devolver o dinheiro da estadia

Cons:

Da falta de capacidade dos funcionários em resolver problemas. Reportei n vezes que não tinha água quente para tomar banho. Nunca me devolveram a chamada dando conta que eventualmente estariam a resolver o problema, nunca foi nenhum técnico ver o que se passava e não me mudaram de quarto para contornar o problema.

Ok, ausser dass Gästebett für eine Erwachsene Person unhaltbar…… für ein Kind ok

Cons:

Ein checken katastrophal 1 Stunde gewartet, Chaos mit Auto sehr schlecht ausgeschildert.
Beschreibung des Ortes besser beschrieben wie die Realität, würde niemals wieder kommen.

Bella struttura mi sarei aspettato di più dallo staff

Appartamento grande e spazioso con buon servizi e una vista mozzafiato.

Cons:

L'appartamento è a 5 minuti dal albergo dove ho effettuato il check in mi è stata data una mappa dalla receptionista senza essere stato accompagnato oppure essere mi stato indicato con precisione dove fosse l'alloggio in una giornata di sole forte mi ci è voluto 20 minuti prima di trovare l'alloggio

Beautiful property, great location, lovely beaches and options
Pros:

The apartments are very spacious and well appointed eve the ones that face the parking lot are nice but of course the sea view ones are best. The walkway is very long out to the water so don’t expect to be on the beach right away.
I experienced a water leak in my first unit (there was a large storm and heavy rainfall in the previous couple of days) the staff was very good about moving me and I enjoyed the room, view and the quiet so much I stayed an additional couple of days. There is not much open in off season (which I expected) 1 or 2 restaurants, the grocery and the ferry.

Cons:

It’s a bit tough to find at first, but once you figure out the loop road and your turn it is very easy to get around. The grocery was quite expensive and I was glad I had read another review about that so I took most of my grocery and such with me and only went there for the odd thing here and there.
It would be nice to get some basics for the units, no dishwasher or washer soap and the grocery only had large and very expensive options. No basics like sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
