Номер, завтрак, Термы!

Cons:

Новая система расчета (Термы), при выезде из номера. В прошлом году, до Августа месяца, всё было просто: заехал в отель в 15:00 часов и можно было посещать Термы неограниченно до следующего вечера, до закрытия. Сейчас всё усложнили и порой даже сам персонал путается, до скольки можно прибывать в Термах и сколько доплачивать. А самое что для нас было шокирующем это то, что теперь при выезде из номера, если ты хочешь остаться в Термах, нет возможности на ресепшене отеля их оплатить, сразу за весь день. Помимо этого, нам отказали пройти по внутреннему коридору к Термам, нам пришлось переодеться уже в холе, а не в номере и со всеми вещами выходить на улицу и заходить в соседние двери, что бы купить билет в Термы и снова переодеваться.!

Cons:

Das Jordanbad kann nicht wie früher beim an-und Abreisetag ganztägig genutzt werden, sehr bedauerlich

Wunderbare Therme
Pros:

Zimmer war schön, sauber und groß genug. Der kleine Balkon war ausreichend. Cocktails waren nicht original aber lecker. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Für Halbpension war die Menüauswahl abends zu klein, weshalb wir Zusatzkosten hatten. Die Betten waren leider nicht bequem und durchgelegen. Für Allergiker ungeeignet da Daunenbettwäsche. Samstag abend hatte die Bar geschlossen. Frühstück war offiziell bis 10.30Uhr aber ab kurz nach 9Uhr gab es schon keine Brötchen mehr und es wurde auch leider nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

War im allgemeinen gut
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut und grosse Auswahl. Nachtessen war generell gut.

Alles im Zusammenhang mit der Therme, inkl. Massagen waren gut.

Garageeinstellplatz pro Nacht € 20.- weit übertrieben. Hochgerechnet Monat € 600.- Jahr € 7`200 !!!! noch Fragen????

Cons:

TV Empfang hat nie funktioniert. Kam immer Meldung "kein Signal". Wlan Empfang schlecht. Teilweise hats funktioniert, teilweise nicht. War ärgerlich. Trotz Meldung an der Reception hat kein Mensch etwas unternommen. Man hat uns zwar einen Zimmerwechsel angeboten, aber für noch eine Nacht hatten wir keine Lust mehr dazu.
Toilettendeckel, resp. Brille ist unten ekelhaft gelb "gefärbt". Ist nicht gerade 4* like!
