No one on site for support, room not secure locks dont work, no pushchair, toilet smell sewage probl

this is accommodation only lodge

Cons:

> We checked in and were told to enter through the rear door, with a pushchair the lodge has no access to go up I had to lift our pushchair with my 11-year-old son including bags
> door was not unlocking from inside and were locked in for 15 to 20 minutes trying to come out no contacts in the room for any support staff, and we later got out and searched on internet as there was no one at the reception to tell that the door is not working; they promised to come and fix the door that was not flushing
> we came back at 430pm and the door still had the same problem; with an under 5 year old and my family in room that cannot lock I call the same number and the man with an Indian accent screamed at me that they had fixed the door, very unprofessional not ready to listen, didn't want to come and fix as he was out at a function, lodge has no one on site, he said security was cctv, it is off the street, rear door always open. He, later came some time to 6pm, and I showed him that the door was not fixed, and he was still arguing that its fixed, but the door doesn't flush, he gave me master key which still had problems but at least I could lock
> Room 25 head side of the double bed has toilet smell as the pipe comes out right next to the bed where you put your head room was smelling; my 4-year-old daughter and wife endured two nights like they are sleeping in toilet

Was nice but about eerie
Pros:

it was clean bed was very comfy and come with a smart tv had a nice shower and looked very nice and close to the town centre

Cons:

We didn’t see absolutely anyone not even staff was clean and spacious for one room but was no way of cooking food no microwave

It was terrible and I was glad to leave.
Pros:

Location was a 10 minute walk into town centre.

Cons:

Noisy fridge. No cups for tea. Traffic noise from busy road. Sounded like elephants above me from other guests. Lack of parking and no breakfast. Shower curtain only on one hinge. No shower mat and was a bit slippery
No plug in sink. Light above bed not working.

Pros:

They have parking available.very nice location.

Cons:

Kettle is dirty some one put coffee in the kettle.some road works going on front of hotel all night.there is no staff available but very helpful when we call .

Cheap hotel suited for workmen
Pros:

The staff member was really nice, she checked us in quickly, showed us our room. She let us borrow the buckets and spades for the beach.
