Great stay we will be there again in the future.
Pros:

Used this hotel while visiting our son who lives on the island,basic but clean,we were put on the top floor up many stairs. We are in our 70s and found it hard spoke to manager, we were moved to the ground floor, cases carried down for us as well .

Cons:

Bit of road noise from busy street and a clunky drain cover. Not the hotels fault.

£91.67 per night on avergare with no breakfast was expensive and the shower was too small.
Pros:

The only good thing about my room was there was a fridge for me to store my drinks.
The location was ok.
The window opened very wide.

Cons:

No bedside table
No second light so I had to switch off main light and feel myself to the bed.
Shower was too small, I kept knocking the heat control and/or control for water, so I was scolding myself.
The bed was on casters that meant any slight bump against the wall meant the bed moved.

Motorcycle trip
Pros:

We spent one night in the hotel with my daughter after a whole day motorbike trip. Beds were comfy, location very good (near to the beach, shops and restaurants). There was private parking.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the bathroom, no toiletries (except hand wash)

Overall the room was clean with a comfortable bed and at a reasonable price with a friendly welcoming staff member 😁
Pros:

Comfortable bed, nice hot shower and room fairly spacious and nice to have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities, with good television.
Room and en-suite nice and clean.
Nice to have a fan supplied 👍

Cons:

The en-suite was very small and narrow and the wash basin very small and difficult to get a shave.
No reading in bed lights and one bedside table only.
Hotel had no lounge area and felt a little plain with no carpeting.
Room was a little noisy due to location.

Pros:

Near the centre

Cons:

Fan in one of the room wasn’t working. It was on but not throwing air. Rooms was very hot. Very difficult to spend night there. Asked them about fan but they said that’s not urgent need. That’s so sad.

Pros:

Location was good for my work, and I could walk to work from there. Lovely town, with lots of attractions and Down Breezer open bus within walking distance, with connections with even prettier villages such as Bembridge and Shanklin. Ryde has good transport links and a lovely esplanade. I like the big family room and the fact the room had two smart TVs.

Cons:

Lack of bedside tables and charging points next to the bed. Parking could have been awkward if there were more rooms booked. No toiletries, just some hand wash. No breakfast. A short message to remind us to clean and vacate the room promptly by 10.
