Pésimo servicio
Pros:

No hubo algo que me gustara del Hotel.

Cons:

El hotel está en construcción debido a esto no contaba con ascensores y teníamos que subir la maleta hasta el tercer piso, taladraban a las 3:00 am no les importaba los huéspedes. El servicio al cliente es pésimo nos despertaron a las 3:00 am con taladros solicitamos ayuda y nos hicieron caras, los días que estuvimos ahí no pudimos descansar, cuando intentamos solicitar ayuda para la devolución del dinero la recepcionista se hizo la dormida.
La ubicación no es segura y no está cerca del centro.
No recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel.

El telefóno de la habitación no funciona, no habían toallas en la habitación al llegar y las que nos dieron estaban muy deterioradas, se ve desgastado el cuarto y la tina.

El hotel descuidado.
Pros:

La ubicacion no me p[arecio una zona buena , el hotel estaba en construccion muchas areas muy descuidadas, con zonas descubiertas como que pinataban y resanaban muchos huecos , el elevador con un hueco grande

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitacion hacia ruido, para ir a la habitacon pasabas por un lugar que tenia tablarocas como que lo estaban remodelando, pintando algo que dio una mala imagen.

Recomendable para descansar, Habitación en excelentes condiciones (Re-modelado)
Pros:

La ubicación y el desayuno bufete excelente, algo que me gusto y creo que es importante mencionar el hotel párese nuevo o recién re-modelado no huele mal y esta en perfecto estado sus habitaciones y baño, calificación 10 a la habitación, ¡ muy limpia!

Cons:

Al momento de mis llegadas al hotel demasiada personas en el cheq in, autobús estorbando en la entrada del estacionamiento y mechas personas el el loby con maletas, fácil unas 30 personas en el recinto y no dejan pasa y esto fue los dos días, ademas el elevador los dos días que estuve no funciono y estábamos en el tercer piso.
