La localisation. Le style
Decent sized room in need of a refresh. The bath had chipped tiles and the jacuzzi tub had seen better days. Standard block wood furniture, nothing special. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and I fell asleep in seconds. Helpful staff to assist with luggage. The noise from outside the hotel was minimal, but noise in the hallway and from other rooms was heard.
Strange smell in the lobby.
Las habitaciones internamente muy bien acondicionadas, en especial el piso 4 que esta completamente remodelado y nos toco el ultimo día que añadimos a la reserva inicial y nos cambiaron de habitación.
El hotel debe llamarse Hotel Lepanto únicamente, no Lepanto Reforma, o añadirle la palabra Guerrero que es el barrio o colonia en el que verdaderamente esta ubicado, y engañan al huésped que no conoce la ciudad pensando que esta ubicado en Reforma, cuando esta casi en el centro.
Por otro lado estuve con mi familia y una de las razones por la cual se escogió el hotel fue porque tenia aire acondicionado, pero una de las dos habitaciones nunca tuvo aire, desde el día uno estaba dañado, luego cambiaron y también dañado en fin se pagó por un servicio completo y la solución fue ponerles un ventilador de piso a esa habitación durante tres noches, habiendo pagado otra cosa, este mismo ventilador de piso para compartirlo entre tres personas, muy mal.
Rescato la atención incondicional en recepción de Daniela, excelente actitud y voluntad para con nosotros, y Lucas en el Bar. Así deben ser todos los empleados.
El personal. Excelente atención, inmejorable, muy atentos y cordiales. Me permitieron hacer early check in sin costo adicional y el proceso de facturación fue muy rápido.
Sin duda el mejor hotel en el que he estado por su calidad de servicio.
Sin aire acondicionado. Solo cuentan con ventilador o deberían poner mosquiteros para mantener las ventanas abiertas.
