modern and relaxing
Pros:

Location: near Harrods, Sloane street for shopping, near a lot of restaurants
Staff: friendly and helpful
Hotel: clean, modern. I love the swimming pool, spa and sauna. Foods are quite good (not really excellent but not bad).

Cons:

We stayed here during Christmas. I expected a big Xmas tree which is decorated festively. However, I only saw a small tree compared to the level of brand Bvlgari and other 5-star hotels in London.
