Our Hotel Corvatsch is the annex of our hotels and part of the Laudinella hotel group.

Our front desk is not occupied. Check-in (and check-out) can be done online or via the self check-in desk at the hotel.

For assistance, you can call one of the numbers displayed on the front desk screen, our reception team at the partner hotel Reine Victoria (2 min walking distance) will by happy to assist you.

In case of late arrival we thank you for informing us beforehand.

Pros:

位置很好，有公車可以到
有電梯，樓下有餐廳，早餐也是在這用餐
有鮭魚、起司、優格等冷盤，也有水煮蛋、麵包等等環境整潔舒適，連住兩晚以上也有送纜車票
入住當日是我的生日，人員很貼心
有送巧克力的小禮物祝福，還有免費調酒券
有車站的免費接駁車（需要先預約！）
Check out後對於需要推著大行李移動的我們，真的很方便！

Cons:

櫃檯沒有人….等了很久才說是自助check in
機器摸索很久，才說使用booking.com預訂的旅客
要到附近的飯店check in（步行3分鐘左右）
如果有告示牌的話就不會浪費太多時間了
有遇到房卡突然不能使用
還需要再跑去另一間飯店幫忙處理的情況
如果趕時間的話，真的會讓人感到崩潰🥲

Court séjour sympathique à St-Moritz
Pros:

L'emplacement près du lac est très agréable, par contre, l'hôtel est excentré du centre-ville. Il y a des bus, donc ce n'est pas trop un problème. La chambre était plus petite et plus modeste que ce à quoi nous nous attendions d'après les photos.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Cons:

Le web-check-in ne fonctionnait pas. Comme il n'y a pas de personnel, nous avons finalement pu trouver une demoiselle qui travaillait dans le restaurant d'à côté (et affilié à la chaîne hôtelière) qui nous a prié de nous rendre à l'hôtel Reine Victoria à 250m. de là. Comme il pleuvait à verse, cela a suffit à nous tremper les pantalons et les chaussures. Pas la meilleure arrivée dans un hôtel !

Sehr gutes und leckeres Frühstück!
Äußerst nettes Personal.
Gratis Shuttle-Service vom und zum Bahnhof. Die beiden Fahrer waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Überhaupt nichts auszusetzen!

Pros:

Im Zentrum. Hotel hat eigene Parkplätz. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan.

Cons:

Self-Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Ich musste 200 m ins Hotel Viktoria laufen. Dort haben sie den Check-in allerdings schnell, freundlich und unproblematisch gemacht. Im Hotel Corvatsch Service gleich null. Hotel und Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
