Our Hotel Corvatsch is the annex of our hotels and part of the Laudinella hotel group.

Our front desk is not occupied. Check-in (and check-out) can be done online or via the self check-in desk at the hotel.

For assistance, you can call one of the numbers displayed on the front desk screen, our reception team at the partner hotel Reine Victoria (2 min walking distance) will by happy to assist you.

In case of late arrival we thank you for informing us beforehand.

Our hotel is operated cashless (also no money exchange).

All major credit and debit cards and Twint are accepted for payment.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Shuttle zum Bahnhof ist ein angenehmer Zusatzservice.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gkommen, und Preis Leistung stimmt nicht ganz.

Séjour agréable sans plus.
Pros:

le petit déjeuner était excellent, servi par une personne aimable et compétente . Le lieu est très calme. Le passcard gatruit.
Le confort de la literie.

Cons:

Le confort: un fauteuil serait apprécié pour se reposer ou regarder la télévision.
Une bouilloire pour l'eau chaude serait pratique.
L'absence de personnel à l'acceuil . Très difficile de trouver quelqu'un qui parle français.

Schade solch ungeübten, unmotivierten Personal zu begegnen ….

Die Lage

Cons:

Hotel Corvatsch hat Online CheckIn, jedoch funktionierte nicht, CheckIn musste im Hotel Reine Viktoria vorgenommen werden. Die drei anwesenden Receptionistinnen waren eine Kathastroohe: Personal für einen CheckIn ungeübt, das Schwierigkeiten in Abläufen und Verständigung hatte, sowie uns als Gäste nicht Ernst nehmen wollte. Erst beim Dritten Anlauf (jeweils Pendeln zwischen Hotel Corvatsch und Hotel Reine Victoria CheckIn) als meine Partnerin wütend vor der Reception ausrief kam das Personal langsam in einen normalen Arbeitsmodus!!!!!

Pros:

Carpet was not cleaned - very dirty. There was not even a point to charge the phone, had to remove plug of the and crawled in the dirty carpet to charge the phone. Breakfast was good and so were the staff in the restaurant. The property has two main fantastic restaurants just in the next block - staff there too were very hospitable.

Dónde está el Recepcionista?
Pros:

El lugar muy tranquilo, estaba muy fresco y no estaba saturado de turistas, estás a pasos del lago lo puedes recorrer en una hora completo, el desayuno es muy rico, el día de salida te pasan a buscar en una van para llevarte a la estación St Moritz.

Cons:

Que no había nadie en recepción, tienes que ir a otro hotel a realizar tu check In "Reina de la Victoria"

Cons:

Ein sehr kleines Zimmer für den Preis. Die Dusche sollte einmal repariert werden. Zimmer 30. In der heutigen Zeit hat man keinen Teppich mehr im Zimmer.

Very enjoyable stay , loved Interlarken
Pros:

The staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful the breakfast was very good and location perfect

Cons:

Room a bit smaller than what we expected and very warm in the room , the staff gave us an extra fan which helped

One step better than hostel stay only
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

There were no staff at reception. No answer from reception line in daytime.

The room was basic with no tea/coffee maker, iron, hair dryer. No toiletries except soap. Bad pillows.

The breakfast was all cold items and not enough vegetarian choices, like cut fruits, Saute vegetables, baked potato / tomato, rosti. Only basic breakfast items.
