Pros:

駅からは少し距離があり、住宅街の中にあるホテルです。

レトロな雰囲気のホテルで、建物や設備は全体的に古さを感じました。
特に防音面が気になり、2階の足音がかなり聞こえたため、朝早くに目が覚めてしまいました。静かにゆっくり過ごしたい方には、少し気になるかもしれません。

一方、朝食は素朴ながら美味しく、ほっとする味で良かったです。

Illegal Credit Card Practice and Racist, Unacceptable Behaviour Towards Children

Clean room and near train station.

Cons:

1. Reception: Staff forced me to make a physical copy of my credit card for a non-refundable booking. This is not legal. I found this completely unacceptable and will report the matter to the relevant Swiss authorities.
2. Staff behaviour: The daytime receptionist was extremely rude towards my 4-year-old child for running around for a few minutes. She did not treat a local child in the same way. This felt discriminatory and unacceptable. If children are not welcome, the property should be advertised as adults-only. This behaviour felt racist.
3. Bathroom: The room was clean, but the bathroom urgently needs maintenance. The drainage did not work properly, and the shower conditions were unhygienic.
4. Value: Overall, this property is significantly overpriced considering the level of service and facilities provided.

Muy buen hotel en la puerta de la estación de tren.
Pros:

Desayuno muy completo y variado. La situación es espectacular pues el hotel está en la puerta de la estación de tren. Además se trata de un edificio antiguo, pero modernizado por dentro, por lo que es bastante bonito.

Pros:

部屋の窓からの景色
通りに馬車が走り、インターラーケンらしさを満喫できました。
三菱電機のエアコンもあり！どの季節でも快適に過ごせると感じました。
朝食は、温かな便入りの具沢山トマトスープや卵料理、豊富なパンやチーズも素晴らしかったです。
スタッフの皆様がきびきびと対応してくださり感謝申し上げます。
