We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable—less than a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West station, making it the perfect base for visiting the Jungfrau region.
The room offered a spectacular view, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast.
It was delicious and diverse—please do not miss it!
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional quality of service. Due to a significant flight delay（Our flight was severely delayed due to airspace restrictions arising from the U.S.-Iran conflict）, we didn’t arrive for check-in until 2:00 AM.
The team was amazing—they stayed in constant contact with us throughout our journey, which relieved so much of our stress.
We are so grateful to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken.

Very cozy and clean hotel. Few hundred meters away from the train station and next to some really nice eatery. The strolls thru and fro the train station each day were pleasant. Breakfast was nice. The receptionist gave us a fridge magnet of the hotel on the day of our departure, a nice gesture!

- for such a good, big hotel i do not understand it but they did not have decaf (coffee without caffeine)
- wood around the windows on the outside needs painting because in a poor condition
