Buena relación calidad/precio.
Pros:

Buena limpieza tanto de habitación como baño, cama cómoda. Cercanía a estación del ave, unos 7 minutos andando y al centro y al puerto.
Se notaba q estaba recién reformado, mejor impresión q en las fotos.

Cons:

Un poco de olor a tuberías a veces.
Insonorización regular de las ventanas.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, a 10 minutos de caminhada da Estação de Trem Maria Zambrano e da estação de ônibus. O centro histórico, com castelos, museus e ruínas, fica a cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada. A relação custo benefício é muito boa, assim como a limpeza. O apartamento em si é pequeno, mas tem o essencial. Os funcionários são prestativos.
