Perfekter Kurzurlaub in Tirol !
Pros:

Durch schriftliche Nachfragen war mir der Inhaber Hermann schon bekannt, einchecken reibungslos, gezahlt hatte ich schon vorher. . Das Frühstück gab es im wenige Meter entfernten zweiten Hotel des Inhabers .Glauben sie einem
jahrelang weit gereisten Touristiker : Aufenthalt perfekt , gerne wieder .

Gemütlich und schöne Aussicht vom Balkon
Pros:

Die Betten waren gemütlich. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auch.
Haben zu Abend gegessen, was auch sehr lecker war.
Viel Auswahl auf der Speisekarte.
Frühstück war sehr lecker mit viel Auswahl ! Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr Freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert.
Keine Haken vorhanden für die ganzen Handtücher, wenn man das Familienzimmer nutzt Nr.2. Ist ja schnell gemacht:) Freuen sich die nächsten Gäste. Duschgel war leider auch leer.

The hotel has parking and presents as a typical Alpine hotel. B'fast might be at a sister hotel
Pros:

It took a little while to establish who in the group had a balcony and not as the hotel was entirely full and reception seemed to have multiple jobs. Quite a tense check-in. The room with balcony is very pleasant. The hotel has parking.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant and bar appeared pleasant although there is no outside bar area to relax. We were also told that we would need our key to enter the hotel later in the evening as there would be no staff. The next day we discovered that our hotel was still closed for services and that breakfast was at a sister hotel up the road.

Pros:

The location was great and the beds were comfortable. A good size family room for an overnight stay.

Cons:

The cleaning lady opened our door and came into our room at 8:30 am while we’re in bed sleeping. Ensure guests are checked-out of the room before barging in and waking everyone.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Das Restaurant bietet eine solide Küche.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, aber das Zimmer ging zur Straße und hatte keinen Balkon.
Zum Frühstück muss man in ein anderes Hotel laufen, was bei Regen sehr unangenehm ist, zumal es nicht beschrieben wird.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Service in einer tollen Gegend
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und das Bad mit Dusche super ! Das Frühstück im Moserhof ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück muss man ins benachbarte Hotel Moserhof - bei schlechtem Wetter ein wenig ungünstig.

Wie werden uns wohl für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Reutte ein anderes Hotel suchen.
Pros:

Das Familienzimmer sehr geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Man muss fürs Frühstück und zum auschecken in ein anderes Hotel. Dies war vorher nirgends ersichtlich.

Das Abendessen war für den Preis leider nicht gut. Die Leberknödel in der Suppe sehr hart und trocken und nicht richtig heiß Die Spareribs bis auf ein Stück cm dick mit Speck voll. Dies wurde beim abräumen gesagt, nachdem man gefragt wurde ob alles gepasst hat. Darauf wurde in keinster Weise drauf eingegangen. Das ist sehr schade.

Wir waren bereits zwei mal dort und es hat leider an Qualität nachgelassen.
