Pros:

The breakfast and some of the front desk personnel was very kind and helpful

Cons:

At the check-in, although they know that we are a family with 2 kids and made the reservation nearly two months ago they gave seperate rooms in different floors. The check-in took ages, we had to wait nearly half an hour and there is no queue and nearly only us.

Pros:

O tamanho do quarto, um tamanho bom, relativamente grande e confortável. A Cama, maravilhosa.

Cons:

Na minha opinião o café da manhã deixou a desejar, muito pouca opção, até pelo valor da diária, esperava mais, já fiquei em hotéis nessa região de SP, com valores mais baixos e cafés melhores. Acho que o Padrão do valor que estão cobrado, pede um café da manhã mais elaborado, até porque, opção em SP é o que não falta.
