Nos dieron un cuarto que apestaba a humedad y mal olor. Cuando solicité un cambio de habitación por una que no tuviera esos problemas, solo me respondieron que tendría que haber un upgrade que debía asumir como cliente. Esto para mi es inaceptable. Además, el cuarto no contaba con una plancha
