Fico neste hotel há muito tempo, mas desta vez vi que precisa urgente de uma reforma. Mobilia velha, cortinas mofadas... muito cheiro de mofo pela cortina. Esperarei melhorias para retornar. Isso não foi legal nessa hospedagem com minha familia.

O quarto é maravilhoso, a cama é maravilhosa. O café da manhã muito bom! Tudo limpo, organizado, tv nova, academia e piscina. Muito conforto e uma localização PERFEITA. Pertinho de tudo. Na frente tem um restaurante maravilhoso, alem de muitos outros por perto. Uma opção que com certeza vou ter em conta para futuras viagens.

Cons:

Eu apenas quería entender para que funciona o "pre-check in" se na hora de chegada, precisa escrever tudo de novo, no lugar de apenas verificar. Eu tava morrendo de calor, com mochilas e malas, que ninguém fala para deixar em lugar nenhum, e sem ninguém na fila, foi demorado e cansativo. O Check out também é demorado, eles precisam conferir que você tentou ir embora e não quiz roubar uma dessas comidinhas que deixam no quarto que custam 25 reais e no mercado 4.50. Sem lugar na geladeira para bebidas que o hospede quiser deixar. Eu não bebo refrigerante, sou intolerante a lactose, e não tinha espaço nem para meus chás. Não recomendo incluir "mini geladeira" na descrição, se você chega e o que tem é um mini mercado. Em outros hotéis da mesma rede, os processos são muito mais rápidos. A internet não é boa.

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia, la cama era cómoda lo cual ayudó bastante para descansar. El hotel muy bonito, tal cual se muestra en fotografías. Tienen room service las 24hrs lo cual facilita mucho la estancia.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran un área de bar en la piscina o en algún otro espacio del hotel, para poder tomar una bebida y escuchar música en familia.
