A very disappointing stay marked by poor hygiene, inadequate facilities, and unprofessional service.

Good location and OK value for money

Cons:

he staff was not trained at all. We were given a room that had not been cleaned before our arrival and smelled of human feces. After we complained, we were offered another room, but only after expressing our dissatisfaction and without any apology. The new room had a flooded bathroom and a broken safe. The staff was poorly trained, unprofessional, judgmental, and not helpful.

Não gostei do hotel! No site parecia totalmente reformado mas a realidade é outra! Quarto super antigo inclusive com cheiro de mofo!
E quando fiz a reserva meu filtro era com café da manhã e na hora do checking não tinha café incluso

Extremely pathetic for the money they charge
Pros:

Just the location. Everything else is pathetic. One of the worst Novotel hotels in the world. Being a silver member at Accor also didn’t make them provide any service.

Cons:

Everything except the location. Pathetic. First property which doesn’t even provide water to drink in the room. It’s really sad that a hotel chain like Novotel has stooped down to such low levels. You guys charge a decent amount at which atleast you can provide water.

Hotel com excelente localização. Perto de bons restaurantes e lojas.

Cons:

A equipe dá claros sinais de stress. O hotel é bem acanhado para o padrão da rede. Banheiro pequeno.

O cheiro no apartamento talvez após a limpeza e devido ao carpete não era bom, sugestão colocar algum cheiro agradável ao final da limpeza!

Conforto e segurança
Pros:

Localiza;áo excelente, tem bastante restaurantes e colado ao hotel tem op;óes de cafe, pizzaria, hamburgeria, e restaurantes. Local seguro e limpo agradável pra caminhar.

Cons:

Café da manhã fica a desejar poderia ter homelete feito na hora. no demais ok, tem opção sem gluten e sem lactose pra quem precisa. O bolinho tava saboroso lá.
