Für eine Geschäftsreise OK, aber Urlaub würde ich dort nicht machen.
Pros:

Das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Wenn ich schon eine Badewanne im Zimmer habe, könnte man wenigsten einen Seifenspender anbringen.
Das Frühstück war recht dürftig.
Dafür ist der Zimmerpreis deutlich zu hoch.

Für uns war’s ein wunderschöner perfekter Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne. Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich.
Parkmöglichkeiten waren dank des Parkhauses perfekt .
Um sich die Stadt sowie die Altstadt anzuschauen, hatte das Hotel einfach eine großartige Lage .

Der Aufenthalt in Bamberg war sehr gut.
Pros:

das Zimmer entsprach den Erwartungen

Cons:

Gebucht habe ich bei Booking.com 5 Zimmer für je 3 Nächte mit Frühstück für je 480,00 € = Gesamt € 2.400,00.
Als wir eingecheckt haben, wurde uns gesagt wir hätten ohne Frühstuck gebucht.
Meine Frau und ich wissen ganz genau das in dem Preis von € 480,00 auch das Frühstück enthalten war.
Die Chefin vor Ort hat sich dann Ihre Bestätigung an uns angeschaut und konnte auch nichts finden das wir ohne Frühstück gebucht hätten.
Die gute Dame ist uns dann beim Preis für das Frühstück entgegengekommen, statt 5 x 90,00 € haben wir 5 x 45,00 € bezahlt. Sie müssen uns somit bitte 5 x € 45,00 =€ 225,00 zurückzahlen.
Unsere Kontonummer ist Ihnen ja bekannt, bitte den Betrag innerhalb der nächsten 10 Tage bezahlen.
