NIENTE!
La pubblicità diceva animali ammessi falso !! Senza divieto esposto per legge,siamo entrati nel ristorante e ,dopo averci visti e fatto ordinare,siamo stati obbligati a portare fuori il cane; ovviamente mi sono alzata senza cenare seguita da mio marito che ,avendo fatto presente che violavano la legge,è stato offeso e umiliato.Potevo chiamare I carabinieri ma il padre del titolare ci ha detto che "se ne frega della legge" con fare camorrista per cui ho evitato per paura .

Cons:

La camera piccola e sulla strada rumorosissima pure di notte,con paralumi e fascione in stoffa del letto sporchi,nel cassetto del comodino trovato cerotto usato sporco,attaccato all'asciugacapelli in bagno capelli lunghi neri ( io biondissima e mio marito rasato),camera senza frigo.Inoltre pur avendo il ristorante e un bar in piscina, indicato con frecce che riportano pure "snack ",non si può mangiare nulla .Unica nota positiva ,visto che volevamo andare a cercare un bar vicino,allora per interesse e non gentilezza ci hanno portato un tagliere di salumi.La cosa peggiore è stato l'ostracismo che hanno usato dopo il fatto del cane .Inoltre è in una zona scomoda senza locali vicini e senza un'auto perché i bus hanno tempi di passaggio di oltre mezz'ora e quindi ci si deve muovere in taxi.

Not good I explained before
Pros:

1- The bathroom and shower extremly Dirty.
2- The draps very Dirty even there were not changed. I asked them. 4 times new draps but lots of Staubs and Black points on them
3- The Breakfast the worst quality
4- My cries for cleaning the Room the first day were just waste the time. In the Night I really cried. But I had a Full Plan in Ischia no time to Change the Hotel
I Wrote a complain to the Support of Booking.com
5- on the 2.nd of September finally the cleaned the Room and the bathroom - but the drawers remained Dirty
6- I was there from 1st of Sep to 3rd. I paid on the second of sep with my Mastercard. A Night before I leave for two night stay. 112€. I got the invoice. I Left on the 3rd of Sep very early Morning. On the 9th of September they did withdraw unauthorized 34 euros! It means seven days after my leave. I complained to Booking.com I wrote the letter per email to Hotel Luna without any reaction. They do not rembourse me.
7- I asked for the change of room as soon as I arrived but the other rooms hat mold everywhere. Please check yourself. All the rooms on the ground floor have mold.

Soggiorno molto piacevole
Pros:

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, creando un'atmosfera familiare e calda. La colazione era abbondante e varia, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia. La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta, con una piscina esterna molto curata dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. La posizione è ottima, vicina alla fermata degli autobus che collega facilmente alle spiagge e alle terme dell'isola. Consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e a buon rapporto qualità-prezzo a Ischia
