Wish the beds were more comfortable but we loved our stay nonetheless.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Delicious breakfast. (So nice to have a bag breakfast alternative when we were leaving early.) Wonderful associates.

Cons:

Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. But everything else was great.

Sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber & Personal.
Das Essen war top und das Gala Dinner am Silvesterabend hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir fanden es sehr gut inkl. der schönen einheimischen Musik etc.

Upeassa Appenzellissa kivassa hotellissa kylän keskellä!
Pros:

Vastaanotto hotelliin oli oikein miellyttävä ja ystävällinen. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja rauhallinen, kun menimme heti aamiaisajan alussa. Huone oli rauhallinen, sijainti erinomainen ja parkkipaikka oli mukavasti hotellin takaovella.

Cons:

Ilmanvaihto huoneessa oli heikko (ikkunaa oli pidettävä pakkasesta huolimatta ajoittain auki), näkymä huoneesta (1.krs) oli melko vaatimaton. Aamiainen olisi saanut olla jonkun verran aikaisemmin (nyt alkoi klo 7.30). Ihan kaikkea booking.com -sivuilla olleita asioita ei huoneessa ollut, esim. vedenkeitintä.

Herzlichst Willkommen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal im Restaurant und Hotel. Zentrale Lage mit äusserst sauberen Zimmern. Man fühlt sich herzlichst Willkommen. Ebenfalls das Frühstückbuffet ist einfach prima. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
