Pros:

Lo único bueno para destacar es que la habitación tenía calefacción, el agua salia caliente y la sábanas estaban limpias.

Cons:

Muy mal aspecto y limpieza pauperrima. El techo del baño se caía a pedazos. El wifi, inexistente. Jabón no te ponen, papel higiénico no lo reponen. Se entiende que es de 1 estrella, pero se esfuerzan en hacerte sentir incómodo. La habitación estaba con el piso sucio y luego de 2 días conseguí que me dieran la toalla que incluía el servicio. Todos los muebles son viejos y en mal estado. La vista de la habitación es a un techo lleno de mugre y ropa colgada. Grietas en las paredes. Cómo si fuese poco, el barrio es espantoso y toda la noche pasa gente a los gritos.

We don't mind simple hotels, but nothing in our room worked. Of all the electrical plugs, only one worked, which was used for the heater. So you can only charge your phone in your jacket. There were cigarette butts in the sink, the shower door was broken and the whole bathroom smelled. The window couldn't be closed completely. And there was no TV. I definitely don't recommend it for more than one night.

Camera squallida con stufetta elettrica per scaldarsi. Bagno fatiscente affacciato sul ristorante cinese da cui risale la puzza di frittura.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, le stanze sono pulite perfettamente. La posizione é comoda essendo che c’è la stazione vicina. Prezzi accessibili.

Si solo quieres dormir y una buena ubicación te vale
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, está a tres minutos andando de la estación de tren (directo a Venecia centro) y de autobuses (con línea directa al aeropuerto de Marco Polo).
Tiene recepción 24h.
La habitación era amplia

Cons:

El mal estado de conservación en general. La ventana del baño estaba rota (hacía bastante frío) y la humedad era elevada (el papel higiénico no se podía dejar dentro porque se empapaba).
La puerta de la mampara de la ducha estaba descolgada (no se podía cerrar) y llena de moho.
La habitación tenía un ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado pero no estaban los mandos.
Los muebles eran antiguos, en algunos casos inestables y encontramos una lata de paté bajo una mesa.
No tiene ascensor.
