Great views and very clean - at a price
Pros:

Located up on the cliff overlooking the huge beach with direct lift access. Lovely views especially sunrise.
Breakfast is excellent with a full range and good pastry range.
Room size is adequate and it is well enough equipped. Provides a carafe you can fill from the filtered water fountain in the corridor.
Parking is in an underground garage close by although you could chance the free surface car park above it.
WiFi was OK after a more complex than usual log in

Cons:

No fridge which was disappointing in a hot summer. It is a 3 star hotel
No phone in the room if that bothers you.
Receptionist appears to be on his own so you have to wait quite a while if he is absent.
Seemed expensive at €300 for one night in August including that breakfast and parking.

Location is good and underground parking available at extra cost of 15 Euros

Cons:

No AC in the room on a very hot day led to a slightly sticky night even with the ceiling fan on. Our street side room was susceptible to sarurday night noise, both traffic and pedestrian until the early hours. Hot drinks can be made in your room provided you dont want any milk. Breakfast price is high in my opinion at 17 Euros per person for cold buffet items plus boil-yourself eggs and coffee.
