Ottimo albergo: cortesia e disponibilità dello staff e ottima cucina
Pros:

Ottima posizione per le escursioni, la disponibilità e cortesia dello staff, in particolare di Sara della reception che, avendo due cani, ha saputo consigliarmi ogni giorno escursioni “pet friendly”. Cortesi e disponibili anche i camerieri, in particolare Jasmine, che alla gentilezza aggiunge un tocco di “soavità” quasi orientale. La struttura accoglie gli animali, sia pure con un supplemento giornaliero di 18 euro.
Ottima la cucina, talvolta forse un po’ troppo ricercata.

Cons:

Non capisco la raccomandazione di far uscire gli animali dal retro (quando poi nessuno o quasi la segue e tra l’altro, se si utilizza l’uscita sul retro che è una uscita di sicurezza (come ha fatto la sottoscritta per 10 gg.) si è poi comunque costretti ad entrare dalla hall, o si rimane chiusi fuori.
Anche disdicevole per un 4 stelle non fornire gratuitamente i teli per la sauna, ma richiedere un supplemento di 5 euro a cambio, così come non fornire il reparto wellness neppure di paper towel.
Sarebbe anche auspicabile una maggiore attenzione nel rifare i letti, poiché le cameriere si limitano a piegare il piumone. Anche il cambio delle lenzuola dovrebbe essere più frequente (in 9 notti sono state cambiate una volta soltanto e su richiesta)

Très bons repas et petit déjeuner.
Très bien placé pour randonner.
Personnel très serviable et attentionné.
Il y a des bornes de recharge à 50m pour les utilisateurs de voiture électrique.

Qualità della struttura e dei servizi. Personale professionale, qualificato, gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

È passata una persona a trovarmi durante il soggiorno. Visto che il mio soggiorno comprendeva sistemazione in camera doppia ad uso singola, abbiamo chiesto se poteva fermarsi a dormire. So che la scelta della struttura è legittima ma non sono stato completamente soddisfatto che mi abbiano fatto pagare come supplemento la somma completa come avesse preso una stanza da solo visto che la stanza era già stata pagata.

La gentilezza del personale, il confort, le cene.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto una bella camera, pulita, non c’è che dire. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato che avesse sempre, costantemente un odore sgradevole, ne ho parlato con la gentile signora addetta alla pulizie abbiamo cercato di capire cosa provocasse quell’odore. Credo che fossero i prodotti chimici usati nella disinfezione della biancheria.

Za tú cenu bolo všetko fajn, blízko lanovkám , odkiaľ boli krásne výhľady.
Pros:

Raňajky boli super , večeru sme odmietli , tá nám nechutila. Okolie bolo vynikajúce, dobrý prístup k lanovkám, blízko k ubytovni .

Cons:

Večera bola zlá, neboli šaláty, ovocie , len to čo doniesli a to pre mňa bolo jednak málo a o ničom, aj sme potom večere odmietli a chodili sme mimo hotela. Inak ostatné , hotel , izba, wellness celkom fajn.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and an excellent base for exploring the Dolomites by motorcycle. The reception staff were always very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated being able to park my motorcycle under a balcony, which offered some protection from the rain. The spa area was clean, relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after a day of riding.

Cons:

My room was located directly above the bar, which made it quite noisy. In the evenings I could hear chairs being moved and guests talking underneath my balcony. From around 7:00 a.m. onwards, the noise from the coffee machine (knocking portafilter) below made it difficult to sleep longer. At breakfast, I also found it frustrating that I always had to actively look for a staff member just to order my first coffee. A more proactive service, such as asking guests if they would like coffee as soon as they are seated, would make the breakfast experience much better.
