Klasse, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Unglaublich freundliches Personal, gerade im Bereich Gastro.

Cons:

Haben das Buffet am Abend gebucht. Hatten uns extra vorab bei dem Koch über die Auswahl informiert. Essen war lecker, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht überein.

Pros:

Very clean and beautiful with nearby lake and facilities. The staff is good, service is great.

Cons:

There is no water boiler in the room. Since the weather is cold and you would like to make a tea, it was not possible. However, when we asked at the reception for a water boiler we got one for free, the service is good! Breakfast was good, but could have more varieties in terms of vegetarian option.

Neuwertige Unterkunft direkt am See
Pros:

Ich habe die Zeit in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Ich bin oft beruflich in Hotels unterwegs, hier habe ich mich aber besonders wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig und gut ausgestattet, ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Personal ist außerordentlich nett. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und war lecker.
Falls ich nochmal in Plau bin, werde ich gerne wiederkommen!

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, doch durch die Nähe zum Wasser gibt es entsprechend viele Mücken und Spinnen.

Schöne Lage, sehr freundliches Team, sehr gutes Essen, aber Sparmassnahmen an falscher Stelle.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am See, splendid Isolation im besten Sinne. Weitläufig, schöne Wege entlang des Plauer Sees.

Cons:

Kein Roomservice. Zur Abreise wird ein besenreiner Zustand gefordert (allerdings keine Geräte dafür im Zimmer vorhanden) und Müllentsorgung. Das fanden wir nicht angemessen.

Sehr schöne Lage in einer ruhigen Umgebung, perfekt angelegt

Cons:

Im Zimmer stand eine Nespresso Maschine ohne Kapseln. Habe ich wirklich noch keine Hotel erlebt, dass man vom Gast erwartet, dass er sich die Kaffeekapseln selber mitbringt.
Das Frühstück ist mit 25 € pro Person deutlich überbewertet.

Ruhig und entspannte Lage, Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wellness personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Nur anzumerken; Kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer aber keine Kaffee Kapseln, müssen selbst im Shop dazugekauft werden. Beim Frühstück Kaffeebecher ohne Henkel - unpraktisch.
