Amazing stay in Bangkok
Pros:

Location - close to BTS station Sanom Pao, 2 min walk.
Cafe + coffeeshop on premises, expensive, but very convenient.
Laundry and pool 25 m long on premises.
Service by staff is excellent.
Very clean.
Not a touristic area, less noise and more authentic.

Cons:

Kitchenette has a very modest utensils and dishes selection. For 2 people only.
There is no knives.
Not flexible cancellation policy - booked one day extra by mistake, refused to be reimbursed, at least partially.
If you need taxi to the airport - go get yourself on the road, it will cost 500 bath doing through the apartment (by metering it will cost around 150 only), without metering, looks like there is some profit share in place.
Asking reception to book taxi in the city is just fine, always comes with metering.

Pros:

I loved the size of the room and the location, very easy to move around the city. I really liked the huge windows with a beautiful view of the city. Also the staff working at the facility are super friendly and helpful. My laundry was ready within 3hrs, even tho I expected a next day service.

Cons:

The room feels a little bit dated, you can see it’s been a while since the last upgrade/refurbishment.

I’m excellent place to stay for short or long-term.
