Scammers and rude
Pros:

Tried to scam us on leaving saying our payment for the tax checkout hadn’t gone through and wouldn’t let us leave despite our bank showing payment and showing proof of payment. He ripped the receipt up and tried to say it declined and prompted us to tap again. We threatened to call the police as he tried to scam us thinking we didn’t understand. Also loud drilling started in the room above us at 8:30am in the morning with no prior warning would never stay here again.

Fantastic Anahi Hotel♥️
Pros:

I LOVED MY STAY at the Anahi Hotel!!!!! Every minute of it and I didn’t get to stay long enough! Everyone was so nice and helpful and it made staying in their wonderful hotel the perfect place to be I will definitely go back♥️

Habitación súper cómoda con frigobar, hotel chico por lo cual el tránsito de pasajeros era bajo, personal muy amable y atento. La decoración de la habitación muy linda. Hay agua, café y budín en recepción.

Cutest place perfect for female solo traveler like me!
Pros:

It was the cutest boutique hotel! I loved how cute the room was decorated and the space was clean. I arrived a day late and the staff were accommodating to my check out time which I appreciated. The staff were 10 outta 10! They were welcoming and nice! One of the girls helped me get a train ticket and helped me with taxi as I didn't know what I was doing lol. The location was amazing, I realized as I was walking I was close to it major sights. I felt safe where it was located too since I was a solo female traveler. I would 100% stay here again when I come back to Rome whether alone or with others.
