very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near sights and easy to get a cab nearby. Great air conditioning and excellent expresso and cold water cooler in the lobby.
The location is perfect and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like I was staying in a family's property, so welcoming.
Small but clean, comfortable with very helpful staff, very central location for most of the main attractions other than the Colliseum which is a taxi ride away but not that far. Two great restaurants next door. Organised an airport taxi for us which came bang on time.
Other than the fact breakfast was not included there was nothing to dislike. There is an arrangement with the hotel opposite to have breakfast there for a fee.

Loved the location and it was very clean and comfortable. The terrace in the suite was a great place to sit and relax with a bottle of wine!
One thing that we didn’t like, was that we had to leave the key at the front desk… and the key was needed in the room to keep the air and electric on. So that meant, every time we left the room, the air conditioning went off. And every time we returned it meant waiting for the air to cool the room back off again. In the heat of August, we would have appreciated coming back to a nice cool room. Also - the suite includes a set of very tight twisting stairs to reach the room. I didn’t mind, but my husband had a little trouble squeezing up and down when carrying the luggage.

My sister and I stayed at the boutique hotel in August 2026 and it was absolutely fantastic from the beginning. We were greeted very warmly and given a free upgrade of our room which was very kind. Our room was a superior room, very spacious and a big wardrobe area. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower.
Breakfast was available at the hotel opposite for €16 which we didn’t use however we were given the option.
We were 5 minutes walking distance from the main shops, there was a lovely restaurant down the road of the hotel and the main sites were no more than 15-20 minutes away.
I have to say this hotel was remarkable and excellent value of money. We paid £277 for 3 nights and every part of it was fantastic.
La posizione è incredibile, a pochi passi dalla meravigliosa Piazza del Popolo. Il personale è stato molto gentile e nel complesso l’albergo è sufficiente.
Una sola presa per la corrente in una tripla non basta, se avessimo dovuto soggiornare per più di una notte, sarebbe stato veramente difficile gestire i telefoni. Pulizia sufficiente ma non eccezionale, aspetto nel complesso un po’ decadente.
