La pulizia della camera e il poter scegliere tra due cuscini di morbidezza diversa. Il dispenser dell'acqua filtrata in camera.

Cons:

Gli ambienti non sono insonorizzati. È come se non ci fossero le porte, quella del bagno ma soprattutto quella della camera sul corridoio. Di conseguenza il sonno è disturbato dai vicini e da chi transita.

Pros:

The staff where very nice and couldn't do enough for you. In particular Kanchana on reception helped us with the right buses to take to get about. Very helpful.

Nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

This was our 4th stay, so you can figure out how much we like staying in this hotel. The front desk was very helpful with our early check in and ordering taxis from the hotel.

Cons:

Sometimes room service is very late and takes until evening to show up to clean the rooms. Otherwise, no complaints..
