La chambre, la salle de bain, l’insonorisation, lit confortable, la climatisation, le confort et le cadre

Les oreillers un peu mous mais c’est un détail
Cet hôtel nécessite de prendre le bus (numéro 21), jusqu’au métro station Novena, cependant l’arrêt de bus est tout proche

Gutes Mittelklassehotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Es ist ein gutes Mittelklassehotel mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV, Bushaltestellen 2 min. zu Fuß. Damit kommt man zu den wichtigsten Zielen direkt hin. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es ist ein Hunde freundliches Hotel, Hunde dürfen mit ins Restaurant. Es war uns etwas befremdlich, das die Tiere dann auf Sesseln und Sofas saßen.

Schönes Hotel, aber unseriöses Personal beim Check-In

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Check-In: Es wurde zum einen versucht, mich den bereits bezahlten Betrag ein weiteres Mal bezahlen zu lassen. Außerdem wurde ich dazu genötigt noch ein digitales Formular mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse auszufüllen, das ich dann eigentlich noch genauer prüfen wollte, bevor ich es unterschreibe, was der Mitarbeiter jedoch verhinderte. Jetzt bin "stolzes" Mitglied einer völlig unnötigen und ungewollten "IHG One Rewards membership" inklusive Werbe-E-Mails und Datenteilung mit Dritten. Natürlich gibt es auch weder in den E-Mails, noch auf der Internetseite eine Möglichkeit, den Account wieder zu löschen oder dem Ganzen zu widersprechen. Stattdessen wird auf eine tolle Hotline verwiesen. Ein absolut unseriöses Geschäftsgebahren, was den Aufenthalt in diesem ansonsten schönen Hotel nachträglich sehr trübt.

Quite comfortable once staying here

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and were always cleaned to a high standard. Would definitely stay there again
