It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

Tidy and clean. Pleasant & helpful staff. Love closeness to the beach.
Pros:

Easy walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Also just a few blocks to shops, cafes etc.

Cons:

Although a ceiling fan in loungeroom there is no AC. ACs are in the bedrooms, which do eventually cool the lounge when the bedrooms doors are opened for that purpose. This was in February.

Lovely property but confirm there are no property maintenance or road maintenance happening.
Pros:

the apartment, cleaniness and management were fine

Cons:

Unfortunately there was road construction around the property we were not notified of, we had a concrete truck outside our bedroom windows each night about 30 meters away, all night making incredible noise so both myself and my daughter were unable to sleep the 3 nights we were there. Was extremely disappointed we were put in this suite and not notified before we went there to enable a change.

Great location, friendly staff but facilities need updating.
Pros:

The location and the staff. Good value for money

Cons:

ITS dated. Some of the furniture was nor stable and needs updating eg bunk bed very shaky and at times felt unsafe. The shower head leaks and has poor pressure

Pros:

Location! Staff were amazing and the room was in such good condition

Cons:

Quiet hours were a bit long in my opinion but understandable. If their for a longer stay was not sure whether could ask for example laundry products, so we had to buy our own and toilet paper was on the cheaper side so had to buy our own. Other than that very comfortable

Friendly staff, however the cleanliness was below standard.
Pros:

The location was very good and it was very close to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The apartment was very tired looking, in need of an update. The dining room chairs were terribly stained. The cushions on the couch were equally stained. The carpet felt unclean. Something needs to be done about the window joinery in the second bedroom as parts of it are rotten. The main bedroom was lovely and very comfortable.

Great location, amazing views! Would absolutely stay here again!
Pros:

Everything!
Angela was so friendly upon arrival! Was told the room I was given was one of the best they had, and that was no word of a lie! So well maintained and amazing views! Pool was also great too!

Cons:

24/7 roadworks along the Gold Coast Highway was a little annoying at times with the noise. But nothing to do with the property itself!

Pros:

I loved it was like a 2 bedroom unit with own private yard. The beach was literally across the street. Will definitely be staying there again.

Cons:

The roadwork! This was happening all night. Not the resorts fault!
