Please note that during COVID-19, office hour will be Monday-Friday 10:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 16:00, Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Guests arriving outside office hour or weekends must be arranged prior arrival. Same days reservation must be arriving during office hour. Same day weekend reservations is currently not acceptable. For further more information on reduced services, an automatic messages will be sent to you once reservations is proceed. For more information, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:
Cancelation policies will be stated when you are making the reservation. Please consider that carefully. It is suggested to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any possible cancelations due to COVID restrictions, and change of minds, etc. before payment is made.

Average, wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

The pool was great, clean and big.

Cons:

The apartment (no. 25) was filthy, child beds / cots shoved into wardrobes so you couldn't use the wardrobe, oven hadn't been cleaned, much of the kitchenware needed to be washed before use, dirt under beds and couches, veranda hadn't been swept, someone else's swimmers left behind in apartment, our son suffered with dust allergy the whole time due to dust / dirt. Woken up by aircraft at 6am every morning. Beds uncomfortable. Poor TV reception.

It was nice but disappointing in some parts
Pros:

We loved the pool!! Absolutely beautiful, and bonus close to the beach.

Cons:

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. We looked into the reptile place. I would stay there again, the only thing that puts me off. Is our bed had bugs in it, looked like fleas/ bed bugs. I didn’t sleep in the bed sheets I ended up having to sleep on a towel before I lied down on the bed. The sofa bed was dirty, and the bedding was also stained. I really do like the place, and I would stay again, just would hope that the bedding changes. As I had bites on my legs from it. But the staff were very accommodating and lovely overall.

I feel some refund should be offered in recompense for my family leaving early after 2 days stay
Pros:

Cleanliness was very absent, my small great grandchildren left because of this and lack of cleaning materials

Cons:

This apartment was very unclean, sheets and towels only the clean items in this apartment, I was very disappointed especially when emailed the office to get no reply. Manager is apparently not on site.!

Pros:

The gentleman at the office was fantastic. The pools were great and the location was perfect for a family vacation

Cons:

The apartment really needed to be cleaned unfortunately it was not good . We had to go out and buy cleaning things . Not sure who they use as a cleaner but it was really bad . The place was great but the facilities could have been better . I did take photos as soon as we got in . There was alot of hair in the drains .the floors had not be mopped at all . There was broken bed pieces under the beds full of dust . The dishwasher did not work at all . The washing machine was full of black sludge we had to clean it .I just wasn't expecting to clean the apartment when we got in .

it’s a beautiful spot, the room layout was good, new smart tv a bonus.

Cons:

not very clean, on top of microwave and fridge think dust, fridge wasn’t very clean, the rubbish bin smelt, disgusting under the bag. nice property nice rooms but they need to be cleaned better between customers.

Pros:

Great location, pool and spa great

Cons:

Directly under plan flight path so can be loud a couple of times each hour as plams come in to land. Fortunately last flights are around 10pm and first is around 6am so not disruptive to sleep.

Pros:

Fantastic stay at the Sanctuary Lake apartments.
Location great.
Pool area beautiful.

Cons:

The only downside for me was contact/communication.
It was hard to speak to someone over the phone, and all my emails were ignored.

It meant my check in process (early hours) was a little stressful.
In the end, it worked out ok, but an email response detailing how I gain access after midnight would have been extremely helpful.
