Muy agradable pero el ruido por la noche te amarga el descanso

Buena ubicación, personal amable, todo muy nuevo y limpio. El apartamento de dos habitaciones era amplio y cómodo. Buen desayuno aunque caro si no lo tienes incluido.

Cons:

Si te alojan en las plantas bajas, olvídate de dormir. Las habitaciones dan a la calle y debajo hay una terraza que está hasta los topes hasta altas horas de la noche. Es como dormir en la calle. Es una pena porque el hotel es muy agradable, pero esto puede arruinarte la experiencia. Si dormís ligero, absteneos.

Pros:

入り口がオートロックで安全。内装も綺麗で快適に過ごせた。中心街でどこ行くにも楽で、近所にスーパーもたくさんあるので買い物もできる。部屋に食器などもあり、自炊も可能。

Cons:

隣の部屋の音がかなり入る。これがまたうるさい日本人で(苦笑、TikTokの撮影してるんだろうなという声が真夜中に聞こえまくってうるさかった。

Overall good stay in central Paris, with room for improvement.
Pros:

Very central location surrounded by various shops and restaurants. The property was clean and spacious in comparison to other Paris hotel rooms which are much smaller in size. I liked the kitchenette in the room and the amenities provided. The cleaners were very good and changed our towels every day - the room was well maintained. Check in and check out was easy and smooth and the reception staff also helped store our luggage for a few hours whilst we waited for our taxi after checkout, which is always handy.

Cons:

- The room windows did not have any sort of soundproofing and you could hear absolutely everything that was going on in the street below, which is not ideal at all given there are 2 restaurants right outside. I could not sleep properly the entire stay due to the noise.
- The bed was also not comfortable, it was very hard and not posture friendly. Me and my partner both left with shoulder and back pain and being slightly sleep deprived.
- The fire alarm went off twice during our 5 night stay due to people burning toast/cooking in their apartments. How is this possible? We were forced awake at 5am twice on our holiday due to this. The guests who made the mistake should have been more properly informed by the staff about how to air their room and how to use the kitchen appliances before causing such a disturbance to the entire hotel twice.

Great Place to Stay in Paris
Pros:

Stayed here this week Sunday to Thursday - Great location and the facilities are excellent - Staff very helpful, always available.

Rooms good for Paris - Plenty of space, good facilities in room and very clean.

My stay Room 502 - 5th Floor - Lift quite at night - Room had a Kitchen area, Table and Chairs, Sperate Bedroom and 2 x TV - Coffee machine and Iron etc.

Cleaning daily - all good.

Price on average for 4 nights £162.00 per night including Taxes

Location 10 mins from Gare Du Nord - Opera 10 minutes and easy access to all Metro etc. Plenty of Places to eat and SuperMarket is round the corner.

What is not to like - Stayed here many times... Always good.
