Ideal place to stay received an upgrade to a recently modernise appartment, excellent standard 👏
Pros: clean room and property; good activities.
Cons: not a lot to do in the area; very slow check-in; issue with waste coming up our shower drain and we lost an afternoon because of it. We had to contact reception and men were sent to the room to fix the issue. As none of them spoke English, we weren't told what was happening and when we went over to reception to find out more, we were told it would take approximately 4 hours to resolve. No apology or gesture was offered to us.
The apartment was nice but our bed wasn’t not comfortable so we had to leave before our check out date.

Loved this place. It was everything it said it would be. It was clean, beautiful grounds and rhe staff are all amazing....but....they had a pool leak and therefore had to have maintenance done on this throughout our 5 days there. It was loud ( think roadworks, concrete being dug up with machinery etc) i understand it had to be done and they managed to keep the pool open too whike they dug around it. I just felt it should have been told to us before we arrived. This could have goven us the choice to get a refund amd look elsewhere. They did put happy hour on from 12 till 6 to try and keep the guests sweet, but it did affect the holiday with it being so loud. I just thought it was a bit sneaky of them to not let guests know before they turned up.
Nos encantó la unidad. Le faltaron unos pocos utensilios, pero lo que si nos mató fue el olor fétido a tanque séptico en el balcón. No pudimos ni abrir la puerta del balcón porque entraba ese olor asqueroso.

Another amazing stay at wydham used to go a lot when it was sunnigdale most have stayed there at least 30 tomes now stayed in studis, 1 n 2 bedroom apartments, never disappointed, the studois have just been renovated so lovely n modern, had a pizza and drinks on last afternoon very tasty, staff cannot do enough for you! brilliant hope they get the hotel wage increase

A lovely Quiet resort and well managed. Have stayed here over 12 times and can never wait to get back again. Not so many activities as is previous years but still some entertainment especially in the evenings.
Area is quiet & clean & pretty. So was the accomodation. I only heard a few planes during the daytime. It was no where as bad as some said in their reveiws. Im very sensitive to noise at nights but i didnt hear planes so i slept like a baby.
The accommodation was modern and had washing machine & dishwaher. The clothes dryer, iron & ironing board was useful. It had everything you needed for self catering. I would recommended to anyone that doesn’t want the hustle & bustle of noisy busy resort areas.. we were there in 1st week in March 2025
We have stayed here twice in the last two years. The villas are comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very close to Tenerife South airport so east to come in and out. It’s a great place to relax in when you have been out and about exploring the island.
