Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. For guests checking in after 23:00 onwards, please kindly inform the hotel in advance so that neccessary arrangements can be made.
A refundable deposit of RM100 for incidental charges, will be collected upon check-in. For further information, guests may contact the hotel directly.

Great stay
Pros:

Quiet, nice garden, feels like outside the town, but all action is just around the corner.
Comfortable bed, spacious room

Cons:

A bit dark inside during a day, but that is not a big problem as there are few options of lightening inside, also you can enjoy your time in the terrace :)

Einfach nur fantastisch!
Pros:

Ich habe für 3 Nächte gebucht und habe 5x! verlängert, weils so schön ist dort. Es hat einen herrrlichen Garten mit Katzen und Eichhörnchen und drum herum die Bungalows verteilt. Das Zimmer (ein Superior 2-Bett-Zimmer) top: gross, gemütlich, tolles Licht - die Dusche abgetrennt, kein Badezimmer unter Wasser und super Wasserdruck! Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, TV, Haartrockner - alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Täglicher Zimmerservice - wenn man will - und eine schöne grössere Terrasse, machte meinen letztlich 10!-tägigen Aufenthalt perfekt. Das Personal, allesamt überaus freundlich, insbesondere Dee, die ich in den wenigen Tagen rasch ins Herz geschlossen habe❤️. Sie ist so aufgeschlossen, warmherzig und hilfsbereit.
Wenn Langkawi/Pantai Cenang, dann ist das Casa Fina Fine Homes die 1. Adresse. Ich würde sofort wieder dorthin und kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für alles!😌

Eeg fijne accomodatie, ligging ook goed!
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel. De ligging is goed en het zijn leuke huisjes. Ondanks de ligging was het er heel stil.

Cons:

Het is iets gedateerd. Door kleine dingen te doen zoals wat extra kleding hangers of wat fijnere zitjes buiten kun je de boel een upgrade geven.

Pros:

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit et sommes arrivés assez tard, mais le personnel a été très gentil et accueillant. La chambre était bien et confortable. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous nous y sommes sentis à l’aise.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne l’eau du robinet : il faut attendre quelques secondes avant que l’eau de l’évier devienne claire, car elle coule d’abord un peu jaune. De plus, il n’y avait pas beaucoup d’eau chaude dans la douche.

The property is great, even though it is located on a main street, it feels like a peaceful oasis. The location is excellent.
The staff were the kindest we have ever experienced, incredibly helpful and friendly. We would like to send them our warm greetings. We arranged all our trips through them, and it was truly a great decision.The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water pressure was good, and cleanliness (very important to us) was at high level. The mattresses were very comfortable. We stayed for 10 nights and truly felt at home thanks to the wonderful staff and the beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

The only small downside was slightly worn furniture, but it did not affect our stay.

Pros:

We booked this for one night out of our 4 nights in Langkawi just to stay close to the beach and all water sports we were planning and we were not disappointed.

The location was exceptional with main cenang beach and markets close by. Rooms were clean - AC needs a upgrade though. Aunty was helpful and very lively- will not bore you. She even let us check in 2 hours early which was great!

The only downside were mosquitoes and some ants in the outer area but understandable considering the location. Walkway outside was pretty as well.

It's not very modern but gets the job done so recommended.

Pros:

The location is good right in the centre of cenang. A busy area but feels quiet around the bungalows. They have everything you need. Decent cleanliness but overall good value for money. Aunty Dee goes above and beyond to help make your trip special and will arrange tours / transfers! Thank you Aunty!

Pros:

Awesome staff. Allowed us an early check in.m, very important for an elderly couple like us. Also helped recovered my misplaced camera. Very kind and honest team. Can't thank them enough
