Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. For guests checking in after 23:00 onwards, please kindly inform the hotel in advance so that neccessary arrangements can be made.
A refundable deposit of RM100 for incidental charges, will be collected upon check-in. For further information, guests may contact the hotel directly.

Awesome staff. Allowed us an early check in.m, very important for an elderly couple like us. Also helped recovered my misplaced camera. Very kind and honest team. Can't thank them enough

Pros:

La proximité avec le centre ville est super, le parking privé est top si vous louez une voiture. La chambre dans l'ensemble est plutôt spacieuse et propre. Le personnel était très gentil !

Cons:

Seul bémol beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre à notre arrivée.

Rustige oase
Pros:

Wat een heerlijke oase om te vertoeven. We hebben echt genoten van ons balkonnetje met uitzicht op de tuin en z'n passanten (aapjes, katten, eekhoorn, ...) .

Cons:

De kamer was helemaal top ! Kleine tip : voorzie enkele kapstokjes en een droogrek in de kamer...
Gelukkig hadden we geen lawaaierige buren, maar oordopjes zijn toch aan te raden.

Nice for one, two nights but not recommended for a longer stay.

Cons:

Rooms could use some major renovation. The fridge very laud and not to be regulated, it was freezing food. AC extremely laud, not easy to sleep once is going.

great location but outdated rooms
Pros:

great location. Close to the center and everything you need around. A green and quiet oasis. Helpful staff.

Cons:

the room is very "old". The furniture is very outdated - if the interior and furniture were renewed, then everything would be very beautiful. Small insects. Bitten by mosquitoes at night.

Nice bungalows in town centre
Pros:

The bungalow was very nice and comfortable, and the greenery around it provided a relaxing environment. The staff were kind and helpful, and it is located close to the beach and restaurants. As a bonus, there's a fun hostel bar in a hostel located behind the bungalows, which is great for meeting fellow travelers while enjoying the peace and privacy of staying at Casa Fina.

Cons:

The water in the shower was never very warm. We flagged it to reception, but nothing was done. However, it was fine for a short stay.

HOTEL DA RISTRUTTURARE
Pros:

Vicino al centro, silenzioso in un parco di alte palme con le scimmie sugli alberi

Cons:

Camere ricavate in casette di plastica , con una finestra e una porta. Buie senza aria . Aria condizionata fissa perche' altrimenti si muore dal caldo.
* i mobili risultano rotti o fortemente usurati;
* il pavimento è sporco, i muri e negli angoli specialmente
* la doccia non funziona correttamente;
* l’aspetto generale dell’hotel è molto diverso dalle foto pubblicate su Booking.com risulta fatiscente
* grave e inaccettabile mancanza: la connessione internet non funziona e non era possibile collegarsi in alcun modo.. Appena arrivati ci siamo fatti cambiare la camera e ci hanno spostato in una leggermente migliore ma..... stessa situazione piu' o meno . Internet per fortuna l'hanno ripristinato dopo qualche ora e una ragazza della reception si e' molto impegnata a risolvere il problema A Langkawi comunque abbiamo notato che lo standard degli alberghi e' molto basso e in generale l'isola non ci e' piaciuta. Assenza quasi totale di turisti europei, mare sporco con meduse cubo velenose in acqua. La Thailandia e' molto meglio sia come mare che come location.
