Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel accueillant et élégant
Pros:

C'est un hôtel agréable, avec de belles décorations. Il y a des distributeurs dans l'hôtel, un service de boisson l'après-midi, des konbini tout proches et Kokusai Dori est à 15 minutes à pied. La chambre proposait ce qu'il fallait : bon lit et oreillers, équipements de salle de bain, toilettes intelligentes, bouilloire, thé, réfrigérateur. Bon standing et prix correct ! Je recommande

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est correct mais il pourrait proposer un peu plus d'articles sucrés, détail.
Le quartier n'est pas forcément le plus central mais tout peut se faire à pied et des arrêts de bus se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes.

吸菸和非吸菸樓層分開
房間內有按摩椅簡直是救贖
更大的優勢是樓下就有便利商店
晚上一點都不擔心肚子餓
地點離單軌電車和波上宮約一公里
是散步可以到的距離

Cons:

吸菸樓層的中央空調是連通的
應該是設定在深夜會做空氣循環
所以深夜時分即便自己不吸菸
房間內也會有煙味
對吸菸旅客當然是無所謂
但如果是因為房間數量而勉強入住吸菸樓層的旅客
可能會覺得有點困擾
但說真的這不是非常迫切的問題

Pros:

原本預訂的房間太糟糕，臨時改到這裏住
有免費的飲料跟冰淇淋吃（可惜入住太晚了來不及吃）
早上也有免費咖啡喝，房間大小中等、地點不錯，隔音很好，不錯

男性一人旅で利用
Pros:

〇23時まで利用出来るウェルカムドリンク。但し、アルコール類は18時に撤去。
〇廊下の音も殆ど気にならず、静かに休息出来た。

Unfortunately, the stay did not fully meet our expectations.
Pros:

We especially appreciated being able to enjoy a cold green tea in the evening. The slippers, bathrobes, toothbrush and toothpaste were thoughtful details, and it was a lovely surprise to find fresh towels and amenities left discreetly in a bag on our door handle, even though we had kept the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign displayed.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. The rooms felt small, rather dated and somewhat cramped. There was no coffee provided in the room, which we found surprising at this price point.

On the morning of departure, our key card expired at 9:30am without any prior warning, despite the official check-out time being 11:00am. As a result, I was unable to access the room to collect our luggage and had to return to reception to have the card reactivated, which was inconvenient.

Communication was occasionally challenging, as some staff members spoke limited English. This led to confusion regarding the car park, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis — something that was not clearly explained upon arrival.

Finally, the immediate surroundings felt uncomfortable. The hotel appears to be located within what seems to be a local red-light district. On returning in the evening, we found ourselves walking past half-dressed women and groups of men actively seeking clients, which did not create a particularly welcoming atmosphere.
