Everyone and everything was great
Breakfast have a lot of choices and all vanity you need in your room when you check in, the area not busy.

The hotel was better than expected when compared to the earlier 5 star hotel we stayed. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious and choices were endless. Will definitely stay here on my next holiday to Bangkok.

I always choose the Grand Four Wings BangKapi initially arriving here in Thailand. I have stayed her many times 5 to be exact. I also held my wedding reception for 70 guests at the hotel Aug 1st 2024. I have traveled the world globally I in my opinion this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. 10/10. ***** stars.

O book this hotel every visit to Thailand and think it is amazing.
Some of the staff are not friendly - someone was seating at the front entrance abnd the staff did not say anything, but yet when I sat down, they told me I could not seat there at all - they are unfair.
Very nice hotel from the inside, but be aware that this is very far out from the centre of Bangkok (walking distance) so if you want a quieter area this will definitely be a great selection especially for business travel.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Away from the busy city center, it is not too far from Sukhumvit. Would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay relatively close to the airport.
