Pros:

部屋が綺麗で室内の風呂も温泉だった

Cons:

チェックインの時に案内された夕食のレストランが間違っていて、それを訂正する電話の日本語が雑で，間違ったことへのお詫びを感じられないいい方だった。
チェックイン時にカードを出したが、このカードが使えるかどうかを確認すると言われた。こういう言い方をされたのは初めてで驚いた。

Pros:

Room was big, clean and cozy. Staff are helpful. Various breakfast and dinner. They have kid-zone for children.

Pros:

Kids liked the pool. The public onsen was nice, unfortunately due to construction the outside bath was only open from 17:00 -22:00. Breakfast was amazing! There during an earthquake and the staff did a good job making every feel safe and calm. Also did multiple checks of the hotel.

Cons:

Buffet dinner is expensive (the most we have spent on one meal our entire month in Japan) but if you don’t have a car you have to eat at the hotel.

Amazing location to relax, excellent facilities and staff.
Pros:

Excellent location and facilities. The staff we very professional and the both, breakfast and dinner was amazing with a variety of Japanese and continental options. The open air bath is a must overlooking the trees.

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable experience.
Pros:

The place is very elegant and the staff are nice and gentle. The room is clean and comfortable. The dry room (for ski equipment) is also very clean and tidy. The Onsen is also clean.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from any ski resort. Need a car.

Great hotel, however overpriced
Pros:

The hotel has beautiful surrounds, clean facilities, a great breakfast assortment, and friendly staff.

Cons:

We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary, unimpressed with the size of the room and bedding configuration. I contacted the property well in advance requesting an extra large double bed, the hotel not being able to guarantee this request should have been a key indicator to book elsewhere. Room fees for the size is well overpriced, we were unable to store our luggage and constantly stepping over everything.
