非常に綺麗で、ゆったりとしたスペースが確保されており、想像以上に快適でした。ここ数年でベストなホテルでした。
部屋も広く、お風呂場も大きかったので、水着の干し場も確保出来ました。
朝夜のビュッフェも最高です。様々な国のご飯が用意されており、飽きずに楽しめました。

まだ新しく快適な温泉つきホテル
Pros:

一番安い部屋に夕食をつけて一泊しました。

部屋はパーキングビューでしたが、最上階の角部屋で、静かでよかったです。部屋にはソファーがあるもののリラックスできるとは言えない座り心地で、テーブルが大きくセキュリティボックスを使うのに邪魔でした。テーブルは部屋で食事や仕事をするには便利かもしれませんが、邪魔なので折りたたみ式が便利かもしれません。部屋やバスルームは新品同様で、高級感があるとは言えませんがとても綺麗で快適でした。

バー、カフェ、ロビー、ラウンジ兼用のスペースは、雰囲気がよく、利用者も少なく写真の通りでよかったです。

温泉は、アルカリ単純泉ではあるけれど、完全な源泉掛け流しで、たっぷりとかけ流されていました。大浴場には、全く期待していなかったので驚きました。

夕食は、バフェのメニューを見た上でバフェに決めました。感動的というほどではありませんでしたが、十分美味しく料金相応の内容だったと思います。コースもよさそうだったので、次に訪れる時にはコースを試してみようと思います。

飲み物は都心や海外の四つ星五つ星のホテルと比べても少し高く感じましたが、量は多かったし、味も良かったので満足感はありました。よく見ませんでしたが、飲み放題もあるようでした。

本物の温泉つきのクォリティが確保されたホテルというのが良かったので、いずれ家族も連れて再訪したいと思いました。

部屋が広く清潔で快適に過ごせました。子供も大喜びでした！家族風呂もあり、温泉もあり最高でした。露天風呂は自然に囲まれていてゆっくり入ることができました。朝食も美味しく頂きました。

Amazing 1 night stay
Pros:

Amazing hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Special mention to Susumu-san who helped us so much with an unexpected incident with our rental car. Room is very clean and comfortable. Would stay again if visiting the area again.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms and communal spaces were clean. It wasn't busy when we were there so it felt cozy. I liked being able to open the window and get fresh air. Not quite as nice as the pictures, kind of low end furnishings, but still put together well. Very much a 3 star hotel in that sense.

This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here.
