Excellent location and very helpful and polite staff.
Pros:

Breakfast is not recommended as it consists of mostly cold meats and fish. A lot of restaurants in the vicinity and the convenience stores offer alternative options for a hot meal. The location of the hotel is ideal. Tucked away in a quiet alley yet very close to the main road and a short walk to the subway. Well connected by train and bus. The staff at the reception are exceptionally warm and helpful. They loaned me an adapter as soon as I requested for one. They also offered me an umbrella when I was heading out on a rainy day.

宿泊料金が安価な割にはちゃんとしたホテルでした。スタッフの接客態度もよかったです
駅からも都心の目的地へもアクセスがとても良かったです
タクシーでも徒歩でも

Cons:

こすぱてきにはよかったのでまんぞくですが、部屋が少し狭かったことと、そこの階だけなのか廊下がかなりたばこ臭かった。エレベーター降りた途端にくさいと感じた
このせいで安かったのかなと思いました。

モバイルデータに余裕を持って利用しよう
Pros:

駅も大量の飲食店もスーパーも近くにあり、それでいて大きい道から1本裏に入ったところにあって外の騒がしさは全く気にならなかった。

Cons:

部屋や朝食会場でのwi-fiは最低限だった。
ウォシュレットが突然弱くなったりした。
(自分が気付かなかっただけではあるが、机に付いているコンセントの存在感が薄かった。)
