Отель не новый, но мы не испытали дискомфорта
Pros:

Чисто, достаточно тихо, персонал был отзывчив, кровати удобные. Уборка номеров ежедневная. После выезда есть возможность оставить багаж. Рядом много магазинчиков, Starbusk.

Cons:

Номера по площади небольшие, но это ж Япония, и это центр Токио), для краткой остановки (у нас было 3 ночи) нас всё устроило.

リーズナブルで快適、全体的に満足です

•立地良く都心に近いのに利用しやすい料金
•どのスタッフさんも感じいい

Cons:

•全体的に清潔感あって良かったけど、
1.洗面所の排水口流れ悪い
2.ベッドカバーシミ目立つ(油のような)
3.ベッドランプ球切れ
の3点だけは気になった
あとは快適でした

La habitación no estaba mal de tamaño para ser japonesa. La ubicación era bastante cómoda, con la estación de metro Hongo-Sanchome cerca, el parque Ueno a 15 min caminando y varios restaurantes como CoCo Ichibanya y varios konbinis cerca. El personal amable y atento

Cons:

Las instalaciones son antiguas, es un hotel muy de los 80. Una reforma no le vendría mal. Pero no es algo demasiado importante. Calidad-precio me pareció una buena elección.

Que estaba muy cerca del metro y a 20 minutos andando a Akihabara.

思っていたより、綺麗で快適でした、地下鉄の駅からすぐなので良かったです

エレベーターの前の部屋は、人の喋る声が聞こえてくるのが、悲しい😭土曜日は夕方から外出だったので、清掃のスタッフの声がずっと聞こえてきました、連泊の人は、エレベーター付近でないとありがたい、スタッフも必死に清掃してくれているので、誰も悪くないですが😭清掃作業のものがエレベーター付近にあるのでどうしてもそこに固まる💦

東京駅から近く、駅からも近く分かりやすくて良かったです

リーズナブル
交通便良かった

Cons:

お部屋の床が汚かったのか、古いのかはわからないですが。
（荷物やカバンなど置く台などあったら良かったなと思います。ベッドとベッドの間など）

駅近だし、素泊まりなら充分だと思う。チェックアウト後の荷物一時預かりも笑顔で対応してくださいました。

古い施設ではあるけど、掃除には気を配っている感じを受けた
