Cercanía de la playa

Cons:

No tener aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes,y necesita una reforma y el bufet que tenga más variedad y el cierre de la piscina super pronto estando en verano no creo que a las 19:00 se debería cerrar ya que vamos a disfrutar

Amazing staff
Pros:

This was the 3rd time we have been to this hotel - a small AI right next to the beach which is reached by a subway under the road.
The staff are second to none especially in the restaurant and the manager who were always approachable kind and friendly - we got a complimentary bottle of Cava when they found out it was one of our parties birthday's. The room was clean- there was even a bath as well as a shower. The food is good and always a variety to choose from. Just about to book again for 2026.

Não gostei e não vou voltar.
Pros:

Para quem TI é muito fraco a nível de refeições, Repetem muitas vezes os mesmas comidas.
Pelas imagens que mostram do alojamento engana muito, parece maior mas a realidade não é.

Cons:

Mostrarem realmente como é o alojamento sem manipulação das fotos. Parece que estamos num Condomínio fechado e convidamos uns amigos para um dia de piscina.

Will return!

We have just had a great week in this lovely hotel.the staff are,without exception,some of the best I’ve ever encountered.they really can’t do enough for you. The food is very good for all inclusive and the price we paid.we did eat out occasionally so it wasn’t too repetitive for us.Drinks pretty good bar staff lovely .we had a problem with a drain smell in our bathroom but it did not spoil our holiday. It was the last week of the season and our last day was the closing day.we were very well looked after and were allowed to stay beyond the normal 12noon cut off time.we had the use of a courtesy room which was a real help as we weren’t leaving til 5pm for the airport.the man in reception was absolutely the best.our room was 408 and the view was just amazing,watched the sunrise every day. Entertainment staff were fun and friendly from morning til night. I really haven’t a bad thing to say about this little hotel and will return as soon as I can .

Awful restaurant
Pros:

The hotel is ok and in a nice position but the restaurant is awful staff are lazy and food not replenished quickly enough. I had to go and find staff to lay the table only to fine they were just chatting. Good was burnt to a crisp and no one was interested id you complained

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Stayed here in July it was lovely very clean food very nice entertainment staff was brilliant.it was that good coming back again next year. Does any one know how I can contact them I would like the same room again

There were ants everywhere, so a little information from the staff about what is being done would have been useful.

No está mal del todo pero no repetiré
Pros:

La ubicación, la cama era cómoda y la comida aunque no había mucha variedad, estaba buena

Cons:

Que a las 23:00h se acaba el todo incluido, no hay frigorífico en la habitación, no te dejan ni una botella de agua en la habitación y a partir de las 23:30 h ya no se puede hacer ruido
