Pros:

Chauffage en panne annoncé pour une nuit ce qui était acceptable, en fait à duré tt le séjour.

Cons:

Le manque de précision à l’arrivée, la compensation qui ne concernait que le petit déjeuner que nous ne pouvions pas prendre au regard de nos obligations, un rabais sur le prix des chambres me semblerait plus correct, il n’est pas trop tard pour bien faire.
