6月16日から17日まで1泊しました。サンモリッツ駅からタクシーで5分ほどです。部屋にカートリッジ式のコーヒーメーカーがあり、おいしいコーヒーが楽しめました。チェックインするときに、スタッフ会議があったのか、レセプションにスタッフがおらず、チェックイン手続きをするまでに10分ほど待ちました。駅ホテルの往復はタクシーを使いましたが、片道27スイスフラン往復54フランかかりました。日本と比べるとタクシー代がかなり高いので、ホテルが提供する送迎の車があればいいと思いました。(バスでもいけますが本数は多くありません。徒歩でいくにはちょっと遠いです。)

Excellent Welcome!
Pros:

We were booked this hotel by a travel agent so we were not too sure what to expect.
The welcome was sensational -the male receptionist was one of the best we have ever had. The room was compact but warm and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and I would recommend that you make that part of your package. Downside? Its MILES from anywhere. So if you don't mind being a 20-25 minute walk from town then stay here. We were disappointed with the location. Other than that it was nice.

Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια στην ακρη της πολης, εξαιρετικο και το πρωινο του ξενοδοχειου. Πολυ ζεστα δωματια, ομορρφο μπανιο.

Απαραδεκτος ο μή καθαρισμος του υπαιθριου parking απο τον παγο..... Το στεγασμενο parking ειχε χαμηλο υψος εισοδου (210 cm ? ), οπότε δεν χωρουσαν μεγαλα suv με εξοπλισμο ski ή τα οχηματα van . Καποια ατομα του προσωπικου υποδοχης δεν εκαναν σωστα τη δουλεια των. Η ζεστη στα δωματια ηταν - ενιοτε - υπερβολικη και ο ελεγχος του θερμοστατη ηταν δυσχερης . Η ταπετσαρια των δωματιων ηταν εμφανως κακογουστη... Το διαχωριστικο μπανιου/δωματιου ηταν ημιδιαφανες , επομενως , οταν καποιος επισκεπτοταν το wc την νυχτα ... , το φως απο το μπανιο ξυπνουσε τους κοιμωμενους στο δωματιο.... Η μπανιερα δεν ειχε κουρτινα ή διαχωριστικο .... οπότε το δαπεδο γεμιζε νερα μετα το shower .
