Goed verblijf St. MORTIZ maar niet 1e verdieping
Pros:

Hotel is rond 2 km van de centrum, het ontbijt was lekker. Vers gebakken broodjes, lekker koffie.

Cons:

Wij hebben 2 nachten geboekt maar 2 verschillende kamers, 1e was budget kamer op 1ste verdieping, precies boven de bakkerij dus vanaf 3 uur s'nacht kon je niet slapen heel erg vervelend, je betaald best veel voor deze kamer en kan je niet uitrusten. Gelukkig de 2e nacht was op 3e verdieping en dat was al goed comfortable en ruime kamer met mooie uitzicht op de kabelbaan

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel, good location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, clean, well maintained, easy public transportation to the city, train station and to several teleferic. I definitely would stay there again.

Cons:

We were in room 243, everything was excellent, a few things to improve. Bathtub looks brand new, however it is very slippery, a protection to avoid accident must be evaluated and applied. Refrigerator is under the table with a very difficult access, specially for old people, relocate it to a better place will be a big plus, finally, there are no many out let in the room and the only one available is inside of the closet with a very difficult access, I suggest to install an electrical extension to make it easy to use. I hope the management can approve these upgrades.
