Pros:

Le personnel, très arrangeant suite à un souci rencontré. La vue depuis la chambre et l'espace premium réservé.
Très jolie chambre, spacieuse et bien faite. Jolie balcon, agréable.
Attentions réservées à l'arrivée et la veille du départ qui ont été très appréciées.

Cons:

Poignée de la salle de bains cassée ne permettait pas de fermer complètement la porte.

a história e a beleza natural das praias e da ilha são excecionais
Pros:

As refeições são excelentes, confeccionadas com muita qualidade e, tendo em conta a relação preço/qualidade não me parece exigível mais. A decoração da sala bufete e das zonas sociais poderia ser mais actual e esteticamente mais cuidada. O pessoal é todo muitíssimo simpático e disponível. Não é um hotel de luxo nem com extras, mas de modo geral é muito agradável e permitiu uma estadia boa e tranquila.

Cons:

Os quartos onde as senhoras da limpeza colocam as suas coisas deveriam ser mais cuidados e ter sempre as portas fechadas. nos dias de chuva não deveriam colocar panos no chão, porque fica feio.

All was good. Really.
Pros:

It was wonderful time in Mallorca and in Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia as well. Of course because of the perfect staff. Despite the fact that the high season was over and many options of the hotel was unreachable, the staff did all the best to provide us with perfect service. They love children very much and my son had been enjoying the time in the hotel. The door of our balcony was broken. But when we asked to fix it everything was done almost immediately. It is not a frequent occurrence in Spain) if you know what I mean)

Cons:

The room was very large and we have plenty of space to stay there. 3 persons in the largest room. And the view. Oh God! It was absolutely amazing. There were mountains from one side and the sea from the other.

Maden var ikke særlig inspirerende, jeg blev syg efter det første døgn på hotellet, og jeg kastede op hele natten, jeg kunne høre at vores nabo også kastede op hele natten (vi kunne høre det gennem vægen). Jeg fik derfor min datter til at gå ned i receptionen for at fortælle, at jeg var syg, hvis andre også skulle være syge på hotellet, og det evt. kunne være noget med maden.
De sagde straks at der var en virus i omløb og det intet havde med maden at gøre.
Der kom en fra receptionen og afleverede et spørgeskema til os samme dag, og hørte lige til om jeg stadig var dårlig.
Samme dame kom igen dag efter, jeg var stadig syg kl. 21.30, vi var gået i seng, vi sov da jeg var syg, vi havde ikke forstyr skilt på. Det bankede på døren og vi nåede ikke at vågne/stå op inden damen igen stod inde på vores værelse, hun ville lige aflevere en meget lille champagne flaske, til os til deling som plaster på såret.
Jeg finder det meget grænseoverskridende at en personale låser sig ind i vores værelse mens vi sov. Det har jeg ALDRIG oplevet før og det var meget grænseoverskridende.
Vi skulle rejse kl. 03.00 om natten, så vi havde ikke mulighed for at klage over damen bare gik på værelset, jeg har efterfølgende forsøgt at ringe til hotellet, og telefonen blev lagt på 2 gange.

Було все неймовірно. Відпочили дуже класно. Персонал, їжа на вищому рівні. Прибирання це окрема подяка, у дівчат золоті ручки! Територія і сам готель чудові, аніматори дуже веселі і постійно взаємодіють з відвідувачами

Meget bra opphold - vell verdt pengene
Pros:

VIP-rommene var store og fine. Vi reiste med baby og det var god plass på rommet selv med barnesang. Maten var også god, og det var en del variasjon ila. uken i buffeten. Jeg fikk glutenfri baguette til frokost på forespørsel, men det var lite/ ingen glutenfri snacks i pool-barene. Det så heller ikke ut som de tilpasset til andre allergier.
Bassengene og solsengene - både de i VIP-område og det andre var veldig bra. Stort pluss for oss at de hadde to egne babybasseng med grunt vann.
Personalet var også veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme!
Område er også kjempefint med en kyststi som går ned til strand rett utenfor hotellet. Kjempefint for morgen og ettermiddagstur.

Cons:

Vi valgte VIP-rom mye pga. at det var ordentlig kaffemaskin på rommet. Det ble imidlertid ikke fylt på med kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen under rengjøring, slik at det måtte hentes i resepsjonen. Selv om det ikke er et stort problem var det imidlertid litt irriterende å måtte ned og hente kaffekapsler første dagen når vi ikke var klar over det. Vi måtte også ned og hente såpe som ikke hadde blitt fylt på under rengjøring, selv om såpen var brukt opp.

I really enjoyed my stay, I would definitely like to come back again and would recommend it to my friends.
Pros:

It was quite tidy and clean. The air conditioning was working well. I really liked the animators – friendly and welcoming, with new games every day and great shows in the evenings. Biggest greetings and compliments to the bartender Manuel. Loved the deep swimming pool.

Cons:

It was difficult to communicate in English with some of the staff members. The food quality – the soups were terrible, and on some days there was hardly anything to choose from, as the dishes simply lacked seasoning. We saw a cockroach running indoors. The elevators were very slow, and waiting for them became tiring. I didn’t like that drinks had to be paid for after 11 o’clock, even though we had purchased all-inclusive. One of the bartenders tried to charge for free cocktails.
