Charme e posizione con qualche dettaglio da rivedere
Pros:

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione per visitare Noto e muoversi comodamente a piedi. È un luogo di charme, curato nell’impostazione generale e con una bella atmosfera, perfettamente inserito nel contesto della città.
La camera che avevo scelto era ampia e luminosa,

Cons:

purtroppo la camera presentava diversi segni di trascuratezza e una manutenzione non all’altezza della struttura. Le porte erano visibilmente ammaccate e anche sulle pareti erano presenti diversi segni e danneggiamenti che meriterebbero maggiore attenzione.
Ho inoltre trovato poco funzionale l’assenza di un portavaligie: soprattutto per un soggiorno di una sola notte, quando si tende a non disfare completamente il bagaglio, è un dettaglio semplice ma importante per rendere la permanenza più comoda.
Nel complesso, una struttura con indubbio fascino e un’ottima posizione, ma che avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura nella manutenzione e di qualche attenzione in più agli aspetti pratici della camera.

Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful! The location is fantastic! Right in the centre of Noto, but easily accessible. The best bars and restaurants are on the same street. The hotel is located in the renovated palazzo. The rooms are designed with care and style, some very expensive lighting brands were used. The hotel staff even helped with parking, which is pretty difficult in Noto. Bed, mattress, erc were all brand new and super comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
