Cet hôtel ne vaut pas le coup
Pros:

L’emplacement, la décoration, les conseils sur les restaurants, visites etc à faire

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix : 100€ la nuit en avril. On cherche la justification de ce prix sachant que chaque dosette de café, thé et bouteille d’eau sont facturées entre 1€50 et 2€50 et que le check-in est à faire nous même.

La piscine en première photo n’est pas accessible

La literie est de mauvaise qualité : lit trop mou

Bref, ce n’est pas le niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Passez votre chemin, vous trouverez bien mieux !

The location was great. Very central and the staff at check in were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is a noisy location as it is vert central. I always carry ear plugs, so it wasn't a problem. But if you are sensitive to vehicle noise it may be a problem.

Nice stay overall, but professionalism should be improved.
Pros:

The room was compact but thoughtfully presented and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the facilities overall were of a good standard. One detail I particularly appreciated was the smart door lock system, which could be operated via mobile phone, a seamless and convenient feature that made coming and going effortless. The staff were friendly, and the daily provision of fresh towels was a welcome touch. Location-wise, you really can't do better; it's right in the heart of the centre, with everything on your doorstep. We opted for a room-only booking, and all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

While the staff were friendly, the level of professionalism could benefit from some improvement. On one occasion, I paid the city tax upon arrival to a member of staff, only to be asked to pay it again the following day by a different employee, as the original payment had not been recorded. This kind of miscommunication, though minor, does not inspire confidence.
A more serious concern arose on the morning of check-out. Our departure time was 9:00 am, and at around 8:30 am, while we were still getting ready, the door to our room was opened by a receptionist without any prior knock or warning. We were in the middle of getting dressed, which made for an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable experience. At the very least, a member of staff should knock and wait for a response before entering an occupied room. This felt like a significant lapse in professionalism and left us quite frustrated.
On a smaller note, we found that the receptionist was frequently stationed just outside the reception area and would stop us for conversation each time we passed through to reach our room. While we appreciate the friendliness, there were times when we simply wanted to get to our room without being held up. A little more awareness of when guests are open to chatting versus when they are just passing through would go a long way.

Dommage pour le lit ! C'est important.. mais à part cela tout est parfait !

L'ambiance cosy, le joli décor , l'emplacement , la salle de bain confortable . Andrea est très gentil et serviable car nous avons pu avoir la chambre dès le matin.. merci à lui !

Cons:

Le lit n'est pas confortable malheureusement, très dur. Le petit déjeuner prévu par Booking n'était pas organisé avant la haute saison

Posto gradevole ma non un vero hotel

Ottima posizione, letti comodi, dimensioni delle camere adeguate e staff gentile e cordiale

Cons:

Non è realmente un Hotel ma un affittacamere con servizio di pulizia. La struttura, infatti, non ha né ristorante/snack bar né offre alcun servizio per la colazione. Su questi due aspetti sarebbe opportuno aggiornare la relativa descrizione della struttura (che attualmente recita per la colazione "continentale, italiana, vegetariana, vegana, senza glutine, americana, a buffet") ed eliminare dal sito fotografie che facciano pensare altrimenti. Inoltre ci sarebbero alcuni miglioramenti/aggiornamenti da fare. Mi riferisco in particolare al fatto che su tre camere che abbiamo preso in una non funzionava l'asciugacapelli e in due i televisori (piccoli e di vecchia generazione, quindi sprovvisti della possibilità di utilizzare servizi di streaming) non prendevano alcun canale. Inoltre sarebbe opportuna una riverniciata alle pareti. Nulla di grave ma considerato il costo non irrisorio della struttura (del nostro giro in Sicilia è stata la sistemazione nettamente più cara) c'è sicuramente margine di miglioramento.
