Profesionalidad de sus trabajadores y su amabilidad..da gusto
El hotel, su personal y la atención con sus clientes.
El "tiempo" no nos acompañó.

Lo que más me ha gustado del hotel es su ubicacion, sin duda uno de sus puntos fuertes.
Y la amabilidad del personal de la recepción.
Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos que no me han convencido. La atencion del personal del bar dejo bastante que desear, ya que no fue especialmente amable ni atenta.
Ademas, en el restaurante la calidad de la comida no era esperada - en algunas ocaciones servian platos del día anterior, el menu era muy repetito y con poca variedad.
En general, pienso, que el hotel no cumple con los estandares de cuatro estrellas, sino que se ajusta más a la de tres estrellas.
Estupendas instalaciones y una ubicación magnífica. Merece la pena coger la opción de pensión completa, el buffet está bastante bien.
Que no pudimos disponer de una cama doble.
Instalaciones, ubicación y restauración. Destacar el magnífico trato de todos los empleados del hotel, en especial de Pedro (excelente en su trabajo e Inmejorable como persona)
La ubicación, las vistas, el trato del personal, la renovación del edificio y la limpieza.
Destacar la calidad de la cena y desayunos del buffet y en especial al camarero Cristian, que fue un 10 con nosotros y nuestros pequeños. Trabajadores con semejante alegría y buen trato de cara al cliente no abundan...
Quizás algo de renovación de almohadas y colchones.
