Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel mit ein wenig Verbesserungspotential 😉!
Pros:

Frühstück gut. Etwas mehr Vollkornbrot und frische, ungezuckerte und geschnittene Früchte wären toll.

Cons:

Die Life Musik am Pool wäre toll, wenn das Personal, das die Pool Bar betreibt, sich etwas dezenter und zurückhaltender verhalten würde. Die Aufmerksamkeit sollte ja beim Sänger/der Sängerin sein und nicht vom Personal beansprucht werden. Wirklich schade!
Die Musik am Pool tagsüber empfanden wir teilweise auch sehr störend. Warum diese Dauerbeschallung? Etwas mehr Ruhe wäre so schön!
Gefehlt haben Sonnenschirme. Für zwei Liegen nur einen Sonnenschirm genügte leider nicht, da man sich dauernd verschieben musste, um halbwegs Schatten zu haben. Sich ganz ausstrecken am Schatten ging leider nie.
Im Zimmer: Es fehlt ein Papierkorb.

Ottimo posto per coppie e famiglie
Pros:

La posizione è comoda sia per la spiaggia di procchio (7 Min a piedi) sia per girare l'isola. Comodo anche il posteggio. La piscina è fantastica e i lettini di qualità. Pulizia sempre top e il personale sempre disponibile. Vista mozzafiato e camere grandi. Consigliatissimo

Cons:

Si potrebbe migliorare un pochino la colazione (qualche prodotto locale in più, mettere un po' di scritte in più e magari dei succhi più freschi), ma è comunque ricca sia salato che dolce.

Cons:

Kamer was vrij klein voor met zijn 3 en. Buiten hadden we wel een goed zitje. Wij zaten alleen vlakbij een stalen strap, de gasten die boven ons zaten kwamen via die trap naar hun kamer. Dat hoorde je bij ons binnen dreunen

Jó elhelyezkedésű, varázslatos szálláshely.
Pros:

Tavaly is ugyanitt szálltunk meg, egyértelmű volt, hogy idén is idejövünk. A szállás közel volt a tengerparthoz és a helyi éttermekhez is, a reggeli bőséges és változatos volt, a szobát diszkréten takarították, a személyzet mindig kedves és barátságos volt. Nagy előny, hogy az autó végig árnyékban, biztonságos helyen tudott parkolni. Csak jókat tudunk mondani.

Intossicazione alimentare al bar piscina e totale assenza di tutela per l'ospite
Cons:

La mia vacanza su questa splendida isola è stata compromessa da una grave intossicazione alimentare contratta proprio all'interno della struttura. Fino a ieri mattina stavo benissimo, finché non ho consumato un sandwich al tonno al bar della piscina. La mia compagna, che ha ordinato altro, non ha avuto alcun sintomo. Esattamente due ore dopo il pasto è iniziato un incubo: un'intossicazione fulminante con otto episodi di vomito, diarrea e la necessità di far intervenire d'urgenza in camera un medico per una terapia farmacologica che bloccasse i sintomi.

A riprova del fatto che si sia trattato di un'intossicazione da tossine alimentari (e non di un banale virus), a sole 12 ore di distanza mi trovo già in fase di rapido recupero, un decorso clinicamente impossibile per una vera gastroenterite virale.

Oltre al danno fisico e ai giorni di ferie persi, il comportamento della direzione è stato irrispettoso. Ammettendo implicitamente il problema, si sono offerti di rimborsare unicamente il costo del pasto incriminato, pretendendo però che le spese mediche per curarmi (100€ di visita d'urgenza e altri 100€ di medicinali) rimanessero totalmente a mio carico e rifiutando categoricamente di rimborsare persino la notte di soggiorno che mi hanno fatto passare completamente insonne e malato a letto.

Non accettando questo vergognoso scaricabarile sulla mia salute, sto procedendo con una segnalazione formale all'Ispettorato di Igiene Pubblica della ASL per richiedere un controllo tempestivo sulle loro cucine e sulla catena del freddo.

So già che la direzione risponderà nascondendosi dietro la comoda diagnosi di "gastroenterite acuta" formulata dal medico convenzionato con la loro stessa struttura. Questa totale mancanza di empatia confermerà solo il loro pessimo livello di servizio. Se cercate una vacanza spensierata e sicura all'Elba, guardate altrove: l'isola offre hotel di gran lunga migliori.

Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt gut gepasst und wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Gut gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Organisation mit den Parkplätzen und der Garage, die Verfügbarkeit eines eigenen Raumes zum Laden der Bikes.
Ganz gut gepasst hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Dinner, große Auswahl, sehr professioneller Service, guter Preis für gute Qualität.

Cons:

Wir waren auf Zimmer 206. Dusche war nicht dicht und schmal, das Zimmer war zu nah an einer ziemlich stark befahrenen Strasse.
