Cons:

移動冷氣聲音很大，排熱氣管伸出窗外開口過大造成效率不佳，需要自行用窗簾或其他方式阻擋戶外高溫空氣進入室內
只有廁所有一個小垃圾桶
共用空間有免費咖啡但沒有杯具回收區
電梯前仍有一些階梯，拉行李箱不方便

A modest yet refined sense of style
Pros:

The Boutique & Art Hotel Helvetia is a beautiful hotel, filled with charm and a modest yet refined sense of style. There are many beautiful details. We had a warm welcome and were grateful for being allowed to move into our room a bit earlier. The room on the first floor had a small balcony and a view of the river Sihl. The room was small but comfortable and decorated with good taste (my partner was not crazy about the art, but that's a matter of taste, of course). The beds were great. The restaurant is also very nice and has a terrace overlooking the river. Our rate did not include breakfast, but we did take breakfast in the hotel, and I think it was good value (25 CHF).

Cons:

Actually there's really nothing to complain about. I had a bit of trouble fixing the shower head such that I could shower comfortably without flooding the bathroom - but maybe I was just too clumsy.

I would recommend this hotel
Pros:

A lovely comfortable room, which was cool despite the 30+ degrees. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast - a great range (including eggs/avocado and hot drinks prepared to order).
