Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gemütliche Atmosphäre, gutes Frühstück.

Eiskalte Böden/ Keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer
Ohne Oropax nicht zu empfehlen. Die Tram rattert ab morgens ca 5:00.

In mio breve soggiorno è stato molto bello
Pros:

La posizione di hotel era perfetta, in centro della città, la camera era molto accogliente pulita, il personale era molto gentile, sono rimasta molto contenta del mio breve soggiorno. Grazie mille a tutti. Decisamente consigliato.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Kurze Fusswege zum Zentrum und auch z.B. zum Volkshaus.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unsere Anfrage beim Check-In für ein Zusatzbett war problemlos möglich, vielen Dank dafür!
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder im Helvetia buchen!

Cons:

Einziger Nachteil war, dass das Hotel über keine eigenen Parkplätze verfügt.
Für das Parkhaus "City Parking" gab es einen 25% Coupon.

Excellent overnight stay
Pros:

I absolutely loved our overnight stay at this wonderful hotel. Arrived with my son very late in a Saturday night (however, we still managed to arrive 20’ or so before the standard check in was closed at the reception) because our flight back to CH had a significant delay. They basically waited for us to arrive and the front desk lady was very accommodating, helped us with everything we needed. We also had the chance to find the restaurant open and had an amazing experience, both culinary and as a service. The next morning, we needed a quick breakfast. The staff from the bar were also very attentive and only smiles. We did not have time to enjoy the additional egg dish they offered. The room was small (but this is what I’ve paid for), but very clean, modern and comfortable.
For me, the details and the overall design of a place are conclusive and they speak by themselves about how a place is run.
I would return to this wonderful boutique hotel for every single trip I would and will have to Zurich.
Thank you a lot for our experience!
