Pros:

Very accessible location - around 10 minutes' walk from Zurich HB and close to lots of nearby restaurants, with a tram stop 50m away. Room is quirky, cosy, and interesting. nice small balcony downstairs, a bar, and decent security.

Cons:

Not a problem, but can be confusing - there are 2 'wings/buildings' combined in one, each with it's own elevators but a common lobby and ground floor. If self checking in late night, you might find yourself searching for the 5th floor which will appear to have vanished until you go back down and take the next elevator.

Lovely spacious boutique room in a character hotel in central Zurich that was so lovely to stay in!
Pros:

It was a spacious apartment that had lovely interiors and a comfy bed. Clean, and had all that was needed for a one night stay. I really enjoyed looking out the window to central Zurich. The staff were very accommodating, they gave a map and and told me about places I could visit, or how to catch a tram to certain locations.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. I thought it was a very lovely stay.

Ottimo soggiorno a Zurigo!
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e in ottima posizione, centrale e vicino alla stazione.
Camera ben arredata, pulita e luminosa.
Personale molto disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Cons:

All’arrivo in hotel ci è stata assegnata una stanza con condizionatore portatile con il tubo di scarico che sbucava dalla finestra aperta.
Lo staff è stato molto gentile e a cambiarci subito la camera con una più adeguata e con un normale impianto di aria condizionata.

Just lack-luster…
Pros:

Great location, nice restaurant and terrace

Cons:

Room was worn down, not like in the pictures anymore. Really bad worn out pillows and linen.
The hospitality was lacking in care and generosity. 😒

Great choice in Zurich
Pros:

This hotel is exceptional value in what is an expensive city to visit. I was able to get into my room on arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The room was much more spacious than I expected and stylishly decorated. I had two big windows so plenty of light. The terrace next to the river was a perfect place on a warm, sunny day to relax with a drink. Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the train station and the lake.

Quaint hotel in the city
Pros:

We stay in a Double Room Cosy for 2 nights. It is a very basic room for the price but perhaps this is typical of this city.
The good:
- the staff were lovely and were eager to help
- the room was very clean and neatly laid out
- the room was very quiet, as requested
- the room had usb charging points so we didn’t need converters for the sockets
- there are two rooms on ground level where you can sit and have a coffee from their Nespresso machine. Having this facility was so important for us, given the size of our room
- the location is good with a 12 minute walk from the train station and plenty of restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket a few minutes walk away
The challenges
- the room was so tiny, with nowhere to put suitcases
- the only place for hanging clothes is a coat rack with 2 hangers
- there is no safe so we had to carry all our valuables with us
- the room did not have a built in air con system (or if it did, it wasn’t working) so we had a large mobile unit in the room. For this to work, the duct needed to hang out the open window so there was a trade off between the quiet of having the window closed and the hot temperature of the room without the air con unit being used
- the shower head did not stay in position while having a shower when we arrived. We mentioned it to reception and it was fixed promptly (thank you!). However, the shower tray did not drain after a shower so the second person having a shower had to stand in the first persons dirty water
- the pillows in the room on arrival were very flimsy. However, when we mentioned this to reception next day, they informed us that they had a pillow menu. We got to choose extra pillows for our second night and they were perfect (thank you).
Overall, if you must stay in the city centre, this is not a bad option on a budget. However, next time, I would choose to stay in one of the big name hotels near the airport for the same price and do the 12 minute commute into the city by train.

מלון מרכזי.נקי.חדרים יפים מרווחים.

Cons:

קיבלנו חדר פונה לכביש והיה רעש של הרכבת הקלה.אבל החלונות יחסית אוטמים את הרעש. יש להם חדרים שפונים לצד של הנחל.יותר יפה ויותר שקט.
