Cama muy cómoda y habitación limpia.

The building was so beautiful and uniquely decorated. I loved that the restaurant, bar, and food was so delicious and convenient. After a long day of traveling it made it so easy to enjoy a lovely meal and experience.
The room was very cute, with a great view, and the shower was fine for me; a short person but I’m not sure a taller person would’ve enjoyed the shower head.
Also I loved it was so conveniently located. Easy walk to BH and other neighborhoods.
The bathroom paint needed attention - and there was a small square hole in the ceiling near the door. Would have liked that it was touched up a bit.
Excellent location right between train station and centre. Hotel is charming and full of personality which I appreciate. Price was good for a boutique hotel especially in Switzerland. Did not get to try restaurant or bars unfortunately due to day of week and hours but they look great, would have like to check them out. It was nice to be by the river as well.
The only reasons review is 9 rather than 10 are minor: no shelving in bathroom so wash bags / toiletries had to be on the floor (easily fixed) and bed too soft (but this is personal taste of course)
