Belle semaine passée dans cet hôtel, très bien situé, avec une magnifique vue et un personnel agréab
Pros:

Hôtel en front de mer, vue magnifique, petits commerces au pied de l’hôtel. Personnel très agréable

Cons:

La restauration est vraiment très simple, ça peut être un point à améliorer pour que ce soit parfait même si on trouve toujours de quoi manger

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy plaży.
Jedzenie napoje wszystko w cenie duży wybór. Dobra obsługa regularnie sprzątane pokoje wymieniane ręczniki na stołówce też bardzo szybko i sprawnie zmieniane stoliki na czyste.
Bardzo ładny basen wraz z nim bar i miejsce przekąskami bardzo dużo leżaków i do tego jeszcze taras z leżakami z widokiem na morze. Bardzo duży plus że leżaki nie są rezerwowane ręcznikami i przez to jest dużo wolnych tak jak powinno być w innych hotelach. Dużo miejsca do relaksu urozmaicenia dla dzieci i dla dorosłych różne występy gry.

Cons:

No jedynym minusem jest źle domykające się drzwi w łazience spowodowane wilgocią napęczniały.

Świetna lokalizacja. Mieliśmy szczytowy pokój na ostatnim piętrze z widokiem na morze, przepiękny widok. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsluga. Nasz lot był opóźniony wiec dotarliśmy do hotelu ok 1 w nocy, był przygotowany zimny bufet dla osób, które dopiero dotarły do hotelu. Jedzenie dobre, różnorodne obiady i kolacje. Drinki baaardzo mocne, co rzadko sie zdarza w przy hotelowych barach, tam nie żałowali. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, codziennie bylo sprzatane, codziennie czyste ręczniki.

Karaluchy biegające przy barze przy basenie. Nie ma sie co dziwić, restauracja, śmietniki, plaża obok, ale jednak widok tego robadztwa trochę zniesmaczył. Dodatkowo furtka wejściowa od basenu ciągle otwarta, dla każdego. W sumie nikt nie sprawdzał opasek all inclusive I myślę, że mozna bylo sobie wejść z zewnątrz zjesc i wyjść. Tu bym podważyła kwestie bezpieczeństwa i złodziejstwa. W hotelu obok bylo wejście na kod, czego tu zabrakło.

All is great and in place for a perfect rest.

Cons:

Not the property but other people on holidays were so many smoking of them and around kids. I would suggest in the place of eating (even outside) not to allow smoking during lunch and dinners (as not possible to avoid the cigarettes)..

A great selection of food . Which was really good and fresh.
Staff I. The restaurant staff were so friendly.
The animation team were amazing. We didn’t really join in and they didn’t pressure you . There work so hard.
The rooms were so clean. The whole hotel was spotless.

Cons:

The only thing I can fault. The football pitch which is the middle of rooms. Could maybe locked at night. There were people playing g football at 11 at night screaming and shouting.

Reception staff were polite enough. Seemed a little under pressure. So you felt abit uneasy asking things .

Well located, good value for money, and great customer service.
Pros:

Well located right by the beach and pleasant and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a room better suited to our party (one two bedroom apartment) than our booking (2 separate rooms for family of 5), which was really great, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. Beds firm and very comfortable. Food was plentiful and kids loved the ice cream. Pool area had plenty of sun beds and tables and chairs. Everywhere was clean. The football pitch was a big hit too, with our kids befriending others of many nationalities through the medium of football!

Cons:

It’s a bit tired in places eg peeling paint in the bathroom. The food was repetitive, the snack bar was quite limited, and we found that sometimes the meat wasn’t properly cooked. However, everyone in our party found something at every meal.
