Hotel ma duży potencjał, jednak kilka istotnych niedociągnięć sprawia, że nie polecimy go dalej
Pros:

Bliskość plaży, basen idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, pomocny i miły personel, możliwość skorzystania z przechowalni bagażu oraz prysznica przed wylotem, a także piękny widok na morze z pokoju.

Cons:

Brak animacji dla dzieci – organizowane były głównie atrakcje dla dorosłych. Nawet jak uczestniczyły dzieci i wygrało , to nagroda był szampan dla rodzica. Kompletny bezsens. Jedzenie było dość monotonne, po wejściu do pokoju panował zaduch, łazienka wymagała lepszego utrzymania, a w jadalni i recepcji brakowało klimatyzacji.

Kedves személyzet, finom ételek, tisztaság, szállodához közeli strand, minden könnyen elérhető volt.

Cons:

A medence mellet lévő zuhanyzó működött csak a másik rossz volt. A medence mérete véleményem szerint a szálloda méretéhez képest kicsi. A medence mellet lévő bár már felújításra szorulna.

La ubicación, el personal de recepción y camareros del comedor

Cons:

Empezado por la habitación, la limpieza del cuarto de baño muy justita o escasa, la zona de la piscina bastante descuidada en la limpieza (no ve una manguera a presión en todo el verano)
Y lo peor de todo la zona común del salón principal!! No tiene aire acondicionado, y con 35 grados como nos coincidió a nosotros es muy desagradable.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sensationell, die Anlage selbst komfortabel, sehr freundliches Personal trotz vieler komplizierter (weil keiner mitteleuropäischen Sprache fähiger) Gäste. Gute Auswahl an qualitativen Speisen bei allen Buffets mit viel täglicher Abwechslung

Il cibo era buono , abbastanza diversificato
La camera spaziosa

La struttura molto vecchia
La camera puzzava di muffa , era sempre pulita ma multo deteriorata
L'acqua della doccia usciva sempre e bagnava tutto il pavimento
Non c'era un ventilatore in bagno per fare uscire almeno un po' di vapore , quando facevo la doccia si formava una capa di calore impressionante
Non c'era il bidet
A tavola i bambini infilavano le nel cibo cercando di servirsi da soli al che non e molti gradevole
Il personale lavora in delle pessime condizioni , a correre tutto il giorno fino ad avere la camicia bagnata , segno di poco personale per il tanto lavoro , gentili tutti i ragazzi ma sudati e sporchi (a colpa del tanto lavoro e del caldo atroce)
Al bar esterno per quanto i ragazzi cercavano di tenere pulito era pieno di api fastidiose

Nuce room. Beautiful view.

Cons:

Very hard mattress. Woke up with a pain in my back in morning. I asked for some topper or duvet to put under the sheet to make the mattress softer. Very polite receptionist, told me they'll do it. When I returned to the room in the evening nothing was changed. I ended up fixing bed myself using the duvets I found in the wardrobe. Breakfast chef looks like he's been forced to do the job, very unhappy.

Poloha hotelu skvělá, hned vedle krásná pláž. Spousta obchodů, i když ceny jsou vysoké, ale kde ne :) Jídlo bylo dobré, byly i tematické večeře, krevety, mušle, kalamáry… pokoje pohodlné, děti si pochvalovali manželskou postel. Pohovky v obýváku by uvítali tepovani. Koupelna čistá, průměr. Denně čisté ručníky. Měli jsme pokoj s balkonem s nádherným výhledem na moře. Celkově hodnotíme pozitivně. Doporučujeme.

Amazing Entertainment Team and Superb Location!

Everything was amazing and most importantly, Staff!
Tom, Jonathan, Chloe and the rest of the Entertainment Team, as well as the most amazing Life Guard made our stay extra special 🙏 can not wait to rerurn! All the Staff were extremely supportive, caring and helpful!
Location amazing too and the food was lovely! Can not wait to return! Thank you everyone!🙌
