Pros:

Oleskelusta allasalueella ja ihmisten kanssa seurustelusta. Alvin joka veti meille erilaisia pelejä päivittäin kuten Darts ja Petanque oli aivan paras ja todella hauska kaveri!

Cons:

Meille sattui aika tuulinen sää ja illalla oli kylmä. Ruoka päivällisellä alkoi toistaa itseään mutta illallinen vaihtui kyllä joka ilta.
Aina löytyi jotakin syötävää joka aterialla.

Depois de ler muitos comentários menos positivos e de reparar a fraca pontuação vinha com algum receio... pois fui num grupo de 8 amigos com gostos diferentes e toda nós gostamos do all inclusive deste hotel. Ou seja bom relação qualidade/ preço. Chegamos antes das 2 h da tarde e pudemos usufruir do almoço. A comida tinha alguma variedade qualidade para um 3 estrelas das canárias. As bebidas também o normal do tudo incluído com algumas ofertas de lanches a meio da manha e da tarde. Os quartos foram limpos os 3 dias que estivemos hóspedados. Resumindo para pontuação fraca nesta plataforma e tantos comentários menos positivos que fui lendo e depois de passar por muitos hotéis de 3 e 4 estrelas nas várias ilhas das canárias afinal fiquei surpreendido pela positiva com este hotel no regime de tudo incluído.😊

Tuvimos una avería, y estuvimos toda la semana sin agua caliente, avisamos en recepción pero no nos hicieron caso.
La piscina no estaba climatizada y la verdad q no había quien se metiera en ella x el frío.

metto una stella perché meno non è possibile... scarafaggi ENORMI nelle stanze, letti SCOMODISSIMI.. abbiamo provato a chiedere se avessero altri cuscini ma nulla... OBBLIGATORIAMENTE in letti separati (abbiamo provato ad unirli essendo una coppia ma si aprivano ogni 3x2, impensabile di unirli per come sono strutturati) l'hotel meriterebbe 1 massimo 2 stelle, certamente non 3. Parcheggio inesistente, devi cercare nelle vie nei pressi e sperare di trovarlo. pulizie SCARSE per non dire assenti .. in 7 giorni gli asciugamani ci saranno stati cambiati forse una volta.. moscerini morti nella doccia spesso e volentieri. Una mattina siamo arrivati alle colazioni alle 10.01 (finisce alle 10) (c'erano ancora persone a consumare dentro e non erano state ancora rimosse tutte le pietanze) abbiamo chiesto di poter prendere un caffe (consideriamo che le colazioni comunque le abbiamo pagate) e portarlo via con noi al bar e ci è stato negato in malissimo modo da un ragazzo lì presente, che ci ha cacciati via. Non ci saremmo mai permessi ci sederci a mangiare come se nulla fosse sapendo che stavano chiudendo ma il cibo era sncora li, il caffè pure.. altre persone consumavano.. che disagio avrebbe causato farci prendere almeno un caffè al volo? Per me che ho fatto il medesimo lavoro da giovane è stato veramente molto scortese
Pessima esperienza, orribile. mi fa male tutto il collo per come ho dormito, tutta la vacanza ci siamo sentiti stanchi perché non si riposava bene e bisognava sempre stare attenti agli scarafaggi. VACANZE DA INCUBO! Quando mangi sei appiccicato agli altri... Zero tranquillità
Porta del bagno che non si chiudeva ... Nemmeno in bagno la privacy. Cose rotte ovunque, struttura datata
