The apartment was nicely equipped inside.
Staff was very unhelpful. Upon arrival, I asked for a wi-fi password, and I was told that there was no WiFi in the hotel and that I needed it for work. The girl at the reception told me to use my mobile data and said it has nothing to do with her. I said that the hotel should let guests know about it, but she ignored me.The area was very dirty and noisy, there were some building works going on all day, and there were some drunk men sitting around drinking. I didn't feel safe.
We stayed for a few days. Overall, everything was fine, good location, decent room, polite staff.
However, there was one major downside that really stood out, mold at the bottom of the shower cabin. It’s not just unpleasant, but potentially harmful to health.
It’s a shame, because such a small thing can ruin the overall impression. Removing mold is easy, just a spray and a few minutes of effort.

Looked a bit tired but there was renovation work being carried out but the contractors started at first light - which in the summers is early!!
Location
Broken and wore furniture, bathroom floor was not clean. Shared kitchen was filthy. Part of the window was missing and banners outside building were hitting it during windy weather. It made a lot of noise. Room had single curtain, it was impossible to cut off the sunlight.

Great location and a good price
Well, let’s start with the grand entrance - by which I mean the locked door. Yep, to get inside, you have to press a button and hope a human eventually appears to let you in. Sometimes the human on the other end was missing in action, leaving me awkwardly waiting like I was trying to get into an exclusive club with zero VIP perks.
The condition and cleanliness of the room were poor. At some surfaces, I found a solid layer of dust, like no one even tried to clean it. The walls were full of small damages, and because of that, the room looked more like a prison cell :D
Checking in was easy. A large balcony
Adjoining walls are a bit thin and can be noisy.
Location and comfy bed.
Old and outdated building, no elevator, noisy and squicky floor, noisy hallway and neighborhood, clogged bathroom sink, outdated bathroom fixtures, no shower gel and shampoo available, no TV.
