Pros:

Good breakfast

Helpful staff
Comfy bed

Cons:

Couldn't connect to hotel internet
Car park small(can't be helped) but when car park is full there is no way of turning and have to reverse out of close ( limited view)onto main road

Pros:

Coffee was poor at breakfast. Breakfast wasn't as good as previous stays. Evening meal very mediocre too.

Lovely wee hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and coffee station ample for our short stay.

Cons:

Firmness of our bed wasnt Great. My partner had been in surgery 5 weeks prior and was still recovering. However, the staff were extremely helpful and sorted this out.

A good stay overall, but the bathroom facilities could definitely be improved.
Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and the decor throughout the hotel was really nice. The Smart TV in the room was a great touch — being able to log into Netflix made it feel much more homely. The location is ideal for Perth, with parking very close by and convenient access via the rear entrance.

Cons:

However, the shower was unfortunately a downside. The water pressure was excessively strong and the temperature was very inconsistent, making it difficult to use comfortably. The bath also filled up while showering, which wasn’t ideal.

Typical Scottish hotel, which was comfortable and in a great location
Pros:

The hotel was delightful, typically Scottish, which was great for our Australian family.
We enjoyed sitting in the bar and breakfast was good.
The hotel was convenient for all that we wanted to do in Perth.
