Pros:

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay for a long trip. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the daily cleaning was lovely. The bed and other facilities were very comfortable and functional. It was so nice to have a kitchen, though perhaps the pots and pans could use some updating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

As others have mentioned, the wifi can sometimes be weak on the first floor. Also, my room had quite a bit of street noise at night, but I wore earplugs to bed and it was fine.

Muy buena la atención, llamen al número ya que no responden los mensajes de Booking
Pros:

Muy buena la atención llegamos excedidos del horario de check-in llegamos a las 21hs, y nos recibiron muy bien. Después nos fuimos y le encargamos la valijas para que nos la guarden hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo y no tuvieron problemas.

Cons:

Como observación, no responden los mensajes de booking, si atienden el telefono, lo demas estuvo todo ok
