Eine rundum gute Erfahrung
Pros:

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung und eine optimale Lage für unsere Zwecke. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt.

Komfortables Zimmer zu einem sehr moderaten Preis in bester Lage.
Pros:

Die Stadtperle befindet sich in einer in Bahnhofsnähe gelegenen Villa. Das von mir bewohnte Einzelzimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bad sehr modern, alles blitzsauber. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Tramhaltestelle, so dass man problemlos ins Stadtzentrum und wieder retour kommt. Wenn am Abend die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, kann man an sehr gut ausgestatteten Automaten Snacks und Getränke kaufen. Zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaltes außerhalb der Saison war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sensationell.

Immer wieder gern.
Pros:

Das ganze Hotel versprüht einen gewissen Charm, ein besonderes Highlight ist der Frühstücksraum.
Wir waren schön öfters in der Stadtperle, weil uns die gute und ruhige Lage (trotz Straßenbahn vor der Tür) und der hervorragende Service immer wieder überzeugt haben.

Ein nachhaltiges Erlebnis.

Wenn die Suite günstiger ist als ein Einzelzimmer anderswo... why not!
Viel, viel Platz ! Super gemütliches Bett. Alles pikobello sauber. Großer Balkon zum draußen stehen. Beste Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und in die City.

Cons:

Badezimmer mit Bewegungsmelder Beleuchtung, ich hatte nur drauf gewartet das es dunkel wird wenn ich auf dem Klo sitze und alles rumhampeln half nicht denn nur die Bewegung an der Tür führt zur Erleuchtung!! Dem großen Balkon hätte ein Sitzmöbel gut getan.
Das Frühstück im dunklen Keller, ohne Buffet oder Gäste Betreuung. Das Personal hatte lautstark in der Küche daneben Spaß.
Echte Teelichter auf den Tischen ohne Aufsicht - mir kamen Bedenken in den Sinn.
Leider fand ich den Ausgang aus dem Frühstückskeller nicht, Panik kam auf.
Bis 11 Uhr hatte ich Zeit mein Zimmer zu verlassen, trotz "bitte nicht stören" Schild stand die Reinigungstruppe mit Krawall und Remmidemmi um 10.40 Uhr im Zimmer.

Super schönes Zimmer für 4 Personen. Soviel Platz, perfekt. Das Frühstück war prima, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!!

Prima Lage zu Bahnhof und Stadthalle. Großzügige Zimmer mit guter Einrichtung. Zuvorkommend Personal.

Cons:

Preis für Frühstück war uns zu teuer. Als Rentnerpaar mit Kind sind uns über 50 € zuviel. Deshalb haben wir verzichtet.

10 Min. Fußweg bis zum Bahnhof und Einkaufsstraße
Parkmöglichkeiten kostenfrei direkt auf der Straße vorm Hotel, wenn man Glück hat, ansonsten Hoteleigener Parkplatz im Hof
Super freundliches Personal, als man mich mit Koffer sah, habe ich gleich in der Etage, wo die Rezeption ist ein Zimmer bekommen, da es kein Fahrstuhl gibt
Riesig große Zimmer/Bad innenliegend
Fenster sind schalldicht - man hört keine Straßenbahn, obwohl die Haltestelle direkt davor ist

Cons:

Leider kein Fahrstuhl ( halt alte Villa)mindestens 10 Stufen bis zum Hoteleingang, für gehbehinderte nicht geeignet

Würden wir wieder Buchen!

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, genauso wie der Raum dafür. Die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Hbf dennoch war kaum Lärm zu hören.
