Please note that the hotel is accessible by foot via an unpaved road which is 492 feet long and ends with 60 steps.
Please note that the hotel can be reached either by land or via taxi boat.
The 24-hour taxi boat runs from 01 May to 30 September. It is available on request and at an additional cost, except children under 11 years. The boat departs from the jetty on Via Boccaccio in Ischia Ponte.
From 1 October to 30 April the beach is always accessible but the umbrella/deckchair rental service is not available.
Beach access includes 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room. The private beach is always included in the room price.
Please note that guests must book a table at reception for lunch or dinner at the restaurant.

Breakfast was fantastic and the private beach and swimming pool with thermal water made it a perfect place to unwind after sightseeing Ischia. Our room had a balcony with the view of the castle rock. The personnel was super helpful and spoke perfect English, which is rare in Italy.
The hotel restaurant is a bit pricey especially considering the portion size, but the views are stunning. It was also not close to the best rabbit we had in the island.

Bed was hard, the furniture in the room is extremely noisy as the room above us made all kinds of noise. The man at the front desk was very rude even for a typical local. We had to remove the sheets to remove sand like particles from the sheets.
We (myself and my 64 year old mom) stayed here at the end of June, and everything was wonderful. The service was excellent, the room was clean and nice, and dinner was delicious (and they always encouraged us to eat more). I have no complaints as to the noise- it felt almost like we were alone in our part of the building. We enjoyed the beach very much, and we appreciate all the help from the front desk.

Beautiful location and Alessandra was exceptionally helpful during our stay.
Restaurant was good, but expensive, I don't think there should be a cover charge for hotel guests and charging for water is not on.

The getting there is the challenge but once you accept that that’s the $$$ you pay to have a secluded location it’s ok
There are no lifts so be prepared to hike up stairs to and from your outings, restaurant, etc Consider it part of your daily workout to justify the pasta and gelato
personel gayet iyi ve ilgili.kahvaltı çok iyi.ancak tesisin yapılışı tamamen denize dik kayalar üzerinde. her gün yüzlerce merdiven basamakları çıkmak zorundasınız bu hiç de sanıldığı gibi kolay değil . otele ulaşmak da çok zor.belirli bir bölgeden sonra taxi bot ( bir kayık )kullanmak mecburiyeti var. ancak çok sağlıklı ve genç kişilerin kullanabileceği bir otel. yüz den fazla merdiven basamağını devamlı inip çıkmak gerekiyor bu yedi katlı bir apartman binasının yedinci katına devamlı yürüyerek inip çıkmak demek bu kolay değil.dünyanın birçok yerinde bunun gibi bir çok tesiste kaldım ve hepsinde denize asansor ile inip çıkılır.

La vista desde el hotel es espectacular, ubicación privilegiada aunque haya un poco mas de logística para llegar.
La recepcionista fue muy rude y mala gente con nosotros basicamente desde que llegamos ( todo el resto del personal muy muy amable y preocupados de que tengamos una buena estancia) , podrian mejorar la comodidad de las camas y las almohadas.
Nice family run hotel with friendly staff in an amazing position with incredible views. Our week's holiday started with thunderstorms during our trip from Naples but cleared up in time for the taxi boat to the hotel.
Unfortunately, due to the time we arrived, the number 7 bus didn't go all the way to the castle and we missed the stop so a walk with our bags on narrow uneven pavements. Unfortunately read OLD post re getting taxi boat from jetty next to Hotel Antoinette - this is no longer the "approved" cheaper taxi - a quick call to the hotel put us right and correct taxi from nearer the castle - friendly and 3.5 euros each. Hotel lifeguard carried bags from jetty to hotel.
We booked the Junior suite - which is best room in the hotel - great Jacuzzi and shower and balcony has views over the castle and Vesuvius (in the distance) with most amazing sunrises and sunsets. We were also lucky to see several firework displays, including one from the hotel jetty.
We ate in the restaurant first and last nights - great quality food very tasty - had both a primo and secondo courses first night but only do this if very hungry!
Breakfasts included amazing pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, juices etc and very friendly staff provided teas and coffees.
First couple of days we walked in to near the castle - yes quite a few steps up but took us about 25 minutes to walk to the castle. Castle definitely worth a visit. We missed the lift so walked all the way up - fascinating and nice bar at top for a drink.
Found some good restaurants near the castle .
Bought 3 day bus tickets from a tabacci (week tickets seem only to be sold from the bus station at the port) and went around the island. Tried catching 12 or 13 bus from the cemetery at top of hill to port then other buses from there - most buses got very busy (first week in September) . We loved excellent beaches at Di Moronti and Spiaggia di Citara
Used the beach loungers each day and enjoyed swimming and snorkelling from beach (sometimes before breakfast) - reasonable snorkelling near rocks and could see thermal springs under water. The thermal pools near the beach are now just muddy pools! Beach area can get quite crowded
Overall had an excellent week and will miss the amazing views.

È stata un’esperienza bellissima. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile, in particolare Alessandra alla reception. Ci hanno aiutati con taxiboat e per la prenotazione di uno scooter. La location molto bella, spiaggia con vista e piscina e altri spazi molto rilassanti. Consigliatissima!
