Convenient and dog friendly
Maybe consider tea/coffee facilities in room , I know you can ask at reception for a kettle but would still need to get milk /tea/coffee .

For us travelling it was more to find a place where to find a clean room hotel and to rest nicely before going into Spain. Breakfast is French breakfast. Big space in the room and all the amenities for 4 persons. And the cat "Oops!". Access to microwave oven to heat up water.
They didn't have aircon but they have put two fans in the room. Breakfast is French breakfast. No kettle in the room.

nuit passé lors de la canicule, heureusement qu'il y a avait la climatisation efficace et malheureusement, je n'ai pas eu le temps de faire un plongeon dans la piscine extérieur !!
