Room size excellent and shower fittings.
Pros:

Excellent location. House keeping not good and need training

Cons:

Shower without sliding door. Only placing a glass panel insufficient. Without sliding door resulted water spill over to dry area

Highly anticipated stay but falling short
Pros:

I was a regular visitor in the past so I was happy to be back. Good location. Looking forward tona room with the revier view but was allocated a room facing the back.

Cons:

Housekeeping was a letdown. Executive floor lounge was did provide much.

Nice stay and no regret.

Friendly staffs, cleanliness and other fascilities match my need.The hotel very near to the Kuching Waterfront and souveniors shops.At least there is something I can do to spend my stay there.
